Ordered my food online 20 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. Once I made it, I was told to wait in the “VIP” section and was promptly forgotten about for an additional 30 minutes. Never received my food and my money was refunded to the wrong card. Please consider a different restaurant.

I went to the mobile thru. I preordered on the app and scanned a QR code to pick up my order. It’s very fast and efficient. My favorite is the grilled nuggets and Greek yogurt parfait. The food is consistent and I love that.

Went for breakfast on the way to work order sausage bowl and received a chicken bowl. Call the restaurant a couple of times on Monday and left voicemail and yet to hear back from management. Wasn’t busy that morning but took quite a bit of time to received my wrong order. Need to do better at this location.

This is the worst cfa location I’ve ever experienced. Stopped in and ordered an original sandwich (just the one sandwich). Waited 5 minutes then another customer walks in an orders, he received his food within 3 minutes, meanwhile I’m still waiting somehow even though he ordered 5 minutes after me. The location was not busy, the manager or none of the employees said a word. The girl working in the back kept looking confused when grabbing orders. I finally received my lone chicken sandwich another 5 minutes later. 10 minutes for a single sandwich is ridiculous! This place needs work.
