First time coming to this Jersey Mike’s on Dorchester Road, and I have to say the service stood out just as much as the food. Isaac, Ruby, and Shai were amazing—super friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The subs were the bomb, and their chili is the bomb too. Highly recommend this location if you want great food and even better service.

Bread stale as hell! Listen to the video I uploaded for proof. The girl working there acted like she was rationing off the toppings on my sandwich. One dam scoop of mayo so i told her to add more. 3 banana peppers in the middle so I told her to add more smh very bad experience today.

Went to Jersey Mike’s this past week ordered my food came home to enjoy our food with my family. Needless to say shortly after my wife and daughter was finished with there food became deathly sick. They ordered there salads one with steak and my daughter had chicken that was both cooked on there grill. It was within a hour after they ate there salads that they both started not feeling well stomachs started hurting and was throwing up. This is day number 3 and they both are still not 100% body aches and pains head aches and are now just able to keep food down. And I know what ya’ll are going to say how can blame Jersy Mike’s for this… This was the only meal we had that day. We skipped breakfast and only ate lunch and our choice was Jersey Mike’s and it was a bad one. Will never eat at this place again. If there was a place for a zero rating I would have put that instead. Think that they need to clean there grills more they once a day. Keep there business clean and floors swept….

A year ago I must have been in this same mood. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at this location! I love my sandwich with a little extra pickles and banana peppers and they go above and beyond! They are always on point even without asking for extra. I will always recommend and go here. Best location ever!!!!
After and very long and not so good day I decided to order 2 subs. All I wanted was extra pickles and Banana Peppers. Thank you to who ever made these subs because I definitely got exactly what I was wanting! This is why I love this location!

Only rating a 3 so maybe this review will be read. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. Ye restaurant is clean.
My only complaint is why in the world are there no knives available for customers. My husband and I eat at this location at least once a week and because of a gluten allergy, I order a tub. It is impossible to eat an Italian tub without cutting it up. Unless
I use two forks. I bring my own knives which I should not have to do.
I think maybe the manager and owner should try to eat an Italian sub without a knife and see how it works.
Every other location we frequent has knives. I can’t possibly be the only customer who needs a knife for a salad.

First, I watched the worker put new lettuce in the bin, then take the old brown wilted lettuce and put it on top. These sandwiches are quite expensive, yet they barely put any meat on the sandwich. One thin layer of turkey. You used to get a nice hardy sandwich from Jersey Mikes, but not any more. I do find that different locations make sandwiches better than others.

Good if you like just absolutely massive amounts of oil all over the outside of your sandwich I guess. Every time I order a sub from here the oil literally soaks through the paper.
Guys, I eat sandwiches with my hands, stop dipping my food in oil and try to keep it inside of the sandwich.
