I will say upon arrival the ambiance is very soothing and relaxing and very tidy. Nicely lit with calming music to fit the vibe. I came specifically for pho. There really isn’t much options to choose from. Today they had a shrimp special, chicken pho, veggie pho, and combination pho. It really didn’t specify what combination pho was so I had to ask. I was told it was beef flank and steak and meatball. Now firstly it came out looking amazing. You first eat with your eyes and this was delicious before I took a bite! Now it’s $15 bucks which is not bad at all and they pack this bowl with food and definitely don’t skimp you on the protein! Now it is a little awkward with the seating and dining in. It’s not like a restaurant where you come in and they seat you. First come first serve and pick your seat in the establishment. But this is definitely a hidden gem! I approve! Pics below

Ate there for the first time because my husband said he loved the pho. Ordered food and decided to try a tea, took two sips and did not like it. I immediately went up to the counter to see if I could get a different drink, was told no refunds or exchanges per policy. They do have a sign that says check your order before you leave however we dinned in and I have to taste a drink to check it. They get a total thumbs down for customer service. If a person is not satisfied with the food they ordered you as a business should take care of the customer. Egg rolls were great, chicken croissant was too sweet, sea cream tea horrible and water was delicious.

This place is typically pretty good, I usually go in person and order their fruit teas. Today I had a procedure done and I couldn’t go in person so I ordered delivery.As you can see there is Tea debris in the cup …Unfortunately, I did not drink this and could not go in person for a replacement. came here today and, upon walking in, I specifically asked what shrimp dishes they had. I was told shrimp egg rolls and shrimp teriyaki, so I ordered the shrimp teriyaki. It took about 25 minutes to prepare, which was longer than expected, but when I opened my food across town, I discovered they had given me beef instead of shrimp. I don’t eat beef, so the meal was completely inedible.
When I called, they refused to refund me and pointed to a sign saying customers must check their orders before leaving. That’s unacceptable — it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to serve the food that was actually ordered.
I drove all the way back and told them they needed to at least give me what I ordered. I also noticed I had been charged for both beef and shrimp.. They were adamant that they did not charge me extra for the extra protein and that it was the same price. They insisted the prices were the same, but when I checked the menu, that wasn’t true. they reluctantly reimbursed the difference after I pointed it out.
I asked them to compensate me for the wasted gas and time. They promised me a coffee but never gave it to me. Worst of all, when I opened my so-called “remade” order, there were still pieces of beef mixed in with the rice — as if they had just picked some of it out instead of preparing a fresh shrimp dish. Because I don’t eat beef, the meal was still inedible.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Dishonest, careless, and disrespectful. I will never return.

I wanted to try the pho before writing this review. Unfortunately, I can’t stop myself from ordering the banh mi sandwiches at this Gibsonton location. They are so addicting!
The atmosphere is great. It’s clean, modern, and fresh. The café décor is warm and inviting. The service is always wonderful. They have outdoor seating as well. I’ve dined in twice since they’ve opened. Each time was a good experience. They will even make your drinks exactly the way you want them. The first time, they asked if I wanted more of a matcha taste than a strawberry one when ordering the Strawberry Matcha because the strawberry jam tends to make it sweeter. I could clearly taste both flavors. It was perfect. They have Vietnamese phin-drip coffee. The Factory Special Coffee is very good. It was just a little heavy on the ice. I’ll let them know to give me a lighter amount of ice next time. I think my favorite drink so far is the Green Thai Milk Tea. I’m still working my way through the drink menu. They have many drinks that look delicious in the pictures.
The sandwiches are so tasty whether you get it on a baguette or a croissant. They are packed with protein. It’s a very generous amount that is worth every penny. The grilled pork with paté is so delicious. Their tasty paté is spread on thick and evenly on the baguette. The pickled veggies with thin sliced jalapeño along with whatever buttery goodness makes it so addicting. I didn’t think it could get better than that until I tried the grilled chicken banh mi on a croissant this morning. I couldn’t stop eating it. There were no leftovers. I totally recommend any of their sandwiches on a croissant.
This family run location wants to make you happy, and they’re doing a great job. I’ve been wanting to go to the original Tampa location for a while. Thankfully, I don’t have a reason to go there now that it’s in Gibsonton. I’m looking forward to returning more regularly. I want to try their sweet pastries, paté chaud, and the chicken pho. All in due time.

So glad to have Banh Mi Factory in Riverview. We gladly tackle Big Bend to get there. On my first visit, my intent was to only get boba tea but I decided to add a pork banh mi. I’m so glad I did because the sandwich is so delicious—the bread is not super filling at all and it’s soft. The meat is flavorful and the vegetables just give a nice crunch with each bite. I finally tried the beef bulgogi but honestly didn’t notice too much of a difference in taste overall. I’ve had the brown sugar milk tea and the crème brulee latte boba and enjoyed both. We always get take-out but customer service is always excellent and I appreciate they have a rewards program. Great addition to our area!

Update: Been coming for a year and still as great as the first day! Pho is tasty and expanding menu keeps us coming back to try new things.
Amazing vibe and very welcoming. Beautiful and clean. Ordered grilled pork Bahn Mi and it was delicious. Only wish the cilantro was cut up but it was very tasty! Service was very polite and kind in bringing order to table we were sat at. Even offered extra sauces. Will be back

Thank goodness they opened a Bánh Mì shop at this location because it’s a pain driving to Tampa everytime I’m craving for Banh Mi.
So the banh mi is a bit dry and hard, but the meat is savory and the radish goes so well together. Their Four Season Refresher is a MUST! You’re missing out if you don’t order it. We ordered two Vietnamese coffee, but one of it tasted spoiled. The dessert is delicious. I ordered the Vanilla Bourbon, which isn’t too sweet, just perfect.
We went on their soft opening, which was BUSY! It takes around an hour for our banh mi. We ordered 1 bulgogi, 2 special, 2 pork, spring roll, vanilla bourbon, 1 four season refresher, and 2 Vietnamese coffee. The advertisement is buy 5 get 1 free, but out of my order, we didn’t get the bulgogi bánh mì and my spring roll. However, it’s a soft opening, so it’s okay.
Definitely recommend you to come here for drinks and banh mi. There’s a lot of seatings and very modern. Everyone was very calm and nice, although, it was a bit hectic. Thank you for opening over this side of town.
