Some friends and I tried this place out for the first time and we had a really great experience. It was our first time and it was definitely fun. The restaurant was filled and we got good seating.

I can see other areas may have difficulty because everyone in your area can pick and some items may be fully gone before they get to you but we did not have that issue.

I was impressed by the amount of options that came by. Before the sushi came around, there was a label with a picture of it in front to let you know what it was and then typically 2 plates of the food were behind it. The price per plate was $4 so we wanted to get items that had more quantity of food and back for our buck.

We loved the seared beef with yakiniku sauce, umami oil seared beef, spicy popcorn shrimp roll, caterpillar roll, spider roll, and the ones with scallops.

They also circulate watermelon, edamame, cheesecake, and this really amazing butter cake of some sort. We had three plates of the cake since it was so good.

Because of how fresh and tasty everything was, we didn’t actually take pictures of the food on our table. We also were pleasantly surprised when we hit 15 and 25 plates, we got a prize. It was such a cute, fun addition. Also, there were several robot waiters bringing drinks and extra items to the tables. They were able to go around people and had a good system.

Parking was also free and ample since it’s at the mall.

We will definitely be back. It was worth it for us.

This revolving Sushi place we go almost every week with our kids. Server Seeta and others are always fun, friendly, and full of laughs, which makes it such an easy spot for families. The food is consistently good, and the conveyor belt keeps the kids entertained the whole time
If you’re looking for a quick, stress-free sushi stop with kids, this is hands down one of the best places to go.

We decided to check out this new sushi place.
It was conveniently located and easy to get to, plus there is plenty of free parking in the Smith Haven Mall.

The interior is quite attractive and the staff was very friendly.
Our server kindly showed us to our table and explained how to order, how the food would be delivered, how to open the lids and where to put the used plates.
This information is really helpful, especially for someone who is new to this type of place.
We had no problem placing our order and it arrived quickly. Everything was good.

The kids will especially love watching the robot deliver the drinks!

The miso soup looked delicious, but unfortunately I could only eat one spoonful as it was too salty for my taste.
The server took it away without any questions and we were not charged for it.

Overall, this is a unique place with a varied menu.
It is worth a visit for the experience, but it probably won’t be my favorite sushi place for now.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar offers an engaging, high-tech dining experience near the mall, defined by its fun conveyor belt system. The atmosphere is lively and modern, making it a reliable choice for an interactive dinner. The Garlic Yellowtail is a flavorful sushi selection, while the Miso Ramen serves as a warm and satisfying non-sushi entree.

I have wanted to visit a restaurant like this for some time. The conveyor belt is just super fun!

Me and my friends went here for a chill dinner with no expectations but were surprised at how nice the staff is and how cool the concept is. The robot that brings you drinks was a stand out and the revolving sushi system is really cool. The food definitely isn’t all the best but there are very good items on the menu. I will be back!

The good: Peak experience, cute ways to order, really fun atmosphere and sense of surprise with each passing food.

The bad: half of the food is so cold. Why is the edamame not even heated up, sushi rice is supposed to be room temp.
Everything is clearly refrigerated for efficiency…. However the entire point of rotating sushi is that its meant to taste the freshest. Painfully mid lol

Revolting Sushi! Horrible, I mean bad! Strange looking postage stamp size portions. The menu is 40 inches away on a tiny screen to order. A conveyor belt moves food past you and everyone else , with no prices. Tried the Miso Ramen, yuk puke , 99 cent instant better, gross. Didn’t have the special, no help or service designed that way not the kids. No just no never again

My recent visit to Kura Revolving Sushi Bar was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expect from this chain. The restaurant was there normal amount of busy, yet there were only two staff members running around attempting to manage the entire floor.
This severe understaffing led to a complete breakdown in service. We waited a significant amount of time just to get basic refills and wasabi, and our sushi orders via the tablet took forever to be delivered to our table.
The most concerning issue, however, was the lack of cleanliness. Upon being seated, we found the table to be dirty and sticky. Even worse, the seats were covered in “crusty” food residue. It was clear the staff was too rushed to properly sanitize the station between guests.
The price we paid simply did not reflect the poor service, lack of hygiene, or the slow speed of what should be a “fast” revolving sushi experience. I don’t think we will be coming back. If you choose to visit, I recommend checking their official website for location-specific contact information to provide direct feedback to management.

i love this place so much. the staff is always helpful, nice and friendly; i come here like 2-3 times a month so I think they know my face by now lol. It’s clean, the sushi is always fresh and tasty. the per plate thing is a blessing and a curse because you might pay a lot or a little depending on how hungry you are. and if you use the app you usually always get a $5 off coupon for next time which is cool.

My granddaughter and I recently went to this conveyer sushi restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, which was 40 minutes away, both she and I were a little disappointed with the look of it. We were crowded in this small sushi place with barely any staff there to help. We were waiting at the door for 10 minutes when a waiter finally noticed us and sat us at our table. My granddaughter thought that the conveyer was extremely cool, but when she ordered something that came on it, she took a bite and almost spit it out. We ordered the Philadelphia premium rolls, which were supposedly “smoked through”. The food was bland and tasted (and looked) raw, which was a safety hazard. It was also extremely pricey, which upset me as well. The staff was pretty helpful once we were seated, but I don’t think that my family will be coming back to this place.
