We highly recommend this amazing Mexican restaurant! It was festive and busy the evening we ate dinner there. The food was absolutely delicious and at a higher level of excellence with incredible flavor! We ordered fajitas. Service was attentive and a team effort. Ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. We had a fabulous experienc at Puya. Was an amazing venue to meet our friends who were visiting Florida. Great service. Everyone was super friendly. The atmosphere was electirc with a live performance by a spanosh music group.. The food was very good as well. Special shout out to Benny, who took care of our table on a busy night and ensured all our guests were looked after to a high standard. He was very helpful and really cared to ensure we all had a great experience. With service like Benny’s we wiill definitely be back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A huge shoutout to Janice, (hope i got the spelling right) who served us with a massive smile and so much energy—she truly made the experience perfect, so be sure to ask for her! My husband and I are foodies, so we were excited to try this place but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.
The food quality was very poor:
• The steak came out literally raw and had to be remade.
• The burger patty tasted like a cheap frozen one, with no flavor.
• French fries were plain and nothing special.
• Tacos were extremely basic and lacked authenticity.
• Even the salad was bland and unappetizing.
The atmosphere, however, was nice. The decor was great, and the restaurant does music and dancing, which creates a lively environment.
That said, good vibes can’t make up for bad food. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Very disappointed – we definitely won’t be coming back.

5 stars! My husband and I were very impressed with this new restaurant. We really enjoyed the tacos and the churros for dessert. I had my five month old baby with me and this was the perfect place to bring her, due to the slightly louder environment at this restaurant. I didn’t really have to worry about her bothering the table next to me so this was great! My husband and I cannot wait to come back during basketball season because there are many screens at this place to kick back, relax and watch the game. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to really everyone -a couple, a family, or a night out with friends. It’s the perfect vibe for all. They have a large menu with many different drinks and food options. I would definitely come back again

We had an early dinner here a few days ago and honestly loved it. The vibe was great, the place was clean and lively, and the waiter was excellent — super friendly and gave us cocktail recommendations that were spot on. The food came out fast, even during a busy time, and everything we ordered was really, really good. Everyone at the table was happy. I definitely recommend this place.
The only issue was the seating. The chairs we sat on were very uncomfortable, especially for an elderly person who was with us. Some seats have back cushions, some don’t, and the bottoms were hard enough that after about 30 minutes you start feeling sore. The sofas on the side look much better, but not everyone gets those.
If the owner ever sees this: upgrading the chairs would make a huge difference. Right now, they kind of make you want to leave sooner than you should. That said — great service, great food, great experience overall. We’ll be back.

I’m sorry but all the great reviews here really don’t make sense to me. As someone whose favorite food is Mexican, this place really missed the mark for me and my family. Extremely overpriced at $20 for TWO tacos. I got the carne asada and my fiance got the lamb barbacoa, both came out extremely quick and barely warm, lacking flavor, and just overall “eh”. The rice and beans were super soggy like mush. And my carne asada tacos weren’t even halfway filled. We also got the elote and did not taste authentic either. They drown them in a sauce that tasted liked bland ketchup & mayo, no other flavors, and wasn’t even topped with cheese. Not to mention, $16 for kids chicken nuggets with french fries…. We walked out of there still hungry, dissatisfied, and underwhelmed. $90+ later for barely any food & only ordering waters. Also, bathrooms only allow one person at a time, in a huge restaurant – this makes no sense. There were long waits and lines right at the hostess stand just to use the restroom & no changing table inside for babies.
