I came here because I was craving sushi and they did not disappoint! Fantastic fresh sushi that was so good I had to get one more plate before I left. The atmosphere here is comfortable and cozy, I can’t wait to come back!

It had been a couple years since I went here last, but I was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit. Compared to other places in the area, the sushi is pretty affordable and I felt that the quality was much better than it had used to be. Everything from the taste to the presentation was that of a larger scale restaurant. The food took a while longer than most places to be prepared, but I found that it was much worth the wait.

The best sushi in town! My family has been getting food here for years and our favorite staples are yum tempura and the Thai Bubble tea! They have such a variety of sushi and other dishes and everything ive had is 10/10! The staff is so friendly and we always look forward to stopping by!

In an area where dining options are as sparse as fresh salmon here, one might be tempted to call this place a local staple. I prefer to call it a culinary last resort.
I came hoping for a delightful Japanese meal; what I received was a lesson in thermal physics and food preservation. The sashimi was served at a temperature that suggested it had been harvested directly from a Siberian glacier. It wasn’t merely chilled—it was crystallized. My attempt to chew was less a dining experience and more an archaeological excavation into the Paleolithic era of raw fish. Perhaps they misunderstood the assignment and thought they were serving a frozen cocktail.
To complement this arctic appetizer, the Miso Soup arrived in a state of perfect, confusing neutrality. It was neither hot enough to warm the soul nor cool enough to refresh, but existed only as a tepid, Miso-rable puddle—the culinary equivalent of a shrug.
I am genuinely perplexed by the multitude of five-star reviews this establishment boasts. Either the local population has an extraordinarily low standard for edibility, or I’m dining at a parallel universe version of the restaurant where the chef owns a working freezer.
Consider this my official retirement from being a patron. This was my first and, with absolute certainty, my very last visit. Save your money, and maybe bring a thermometer.
Rating: 0/5 stars (Minus one star for the sashimi giving me freezer burn.)

The food very much makes up for the atmosphere. The dining room was warm, but there are very few isolated tables and a very small dining room. Food however was delicious! I would totally get their food again. I can’t complain in that regard.
An important point I would make is that the soda is ‘pay per glass’. I did not know that when I ordered multiple refills…

It is a cozy and clean restaurant. I like how they remodeled the place. Prices are about average for the type of food they serve. I had the Teriyaki Chicken. It came with a salad with ginger dressing. It was a good ginger dressing with a touch of something a little different in it than I am used to. Whatever it was, it was good. It also came with Miso soup, but I ended up trading my son for his clear broth soup because his clear broth had too many mushrooms in it for him. It had a lot of flavor to it. The chicken was served on a hot skillet with the sauce rapidly bubbling. It was a large portion of chicken with a nice amount of scallions and onions under it. The sauce had a nice consistency (it wasn’t watery, but not gravy like) and flavor that was just right. Everything was fresh and good quality. My son liked his soup and California rolls. The only thing he mentioned is the rolls came apart easy when trying to eat them with chop sticks. He had no problem when using his fingers. He also had Thai bubble tea with bobas. I tried it and it was delicious. We might just stop by for a bubble tea to go every once in a while. Overall, I really liked it and will be stopping back to try the Yaki Udon.

The Shrimp Yaki Udon is delicious. There are a few more shrimp under the noodles in the pic that I dug out while I was eating. Just like last time, my plate was clean when I was done. My son loves the California Rolls. I tried a coconut with milk bubble tea and it was delicious. They are huge. I didn’t finish it, but they have to go cups. Service was excellent. I am told that these are the employees (not owners) from another place that closed because the rent was suddenly jacked up way too high. They banded together to start their own restaurant. Their quality food and pride in their restaurant show that they are invested in this place. I hope they are around for many years to come.
2023 and still good. No more skillets. Just regular plates.
