My kids love burger king. Sometimes its hit or miss with taste or getting orders wrong but wanted to give a shout out to Romeo who was working today. He was extremely kind. Had a short little conversation. Customer service was phenomenal and he was extremely kind to me and my kids. Something so little as asking how my Sunday has been going and being authentic about it makes me want to continue coming to this location. 10/10

I usually order here because it’s within walking distance from my home. So it’s convenient. I went there this morning for breakfast and I got a cup of coffee and the cup of coffee was wet on the outside. I thought it was strange but I didn’t complain. I took my food home. I opened the cup of coffee to put creamer in it. And a bunch of coffee grounds came to the top. So I then poured the coffee into a clear glass. And it had about half an inch of coffee grounds at the bottom of the glass. I took the coffee back to them and asked for different coffee. Needless to say, they laughed and giggled about it and gave me an orange juice instead. This will definitely be my last time at this Burger King, due to the fact that they have no urgency and they have no consideration for their customers who are the ones that actually keep them open.

Shout out to Burger King for saving Christmas! McDonald’s lied about being open, but you guys actually showed up. Fries hot, nuggets crunchy, Whopper on point. Legends. 10/10, would risk sauce on my shirt again.

I just left BK on Stan Schleuter and old FM 440 and I ordered the “classic melt”. I saw that it was back and wanted to try it. When I got home to eat, I was very disappointed. The bread was not toasted on either side and any one knows that “melts” should have toasted bread and the ad that BK shows has toasted bread. Also, the sandwich was flat and the sauce was too sweet. I always have a good experience with the staff. They’re always friendly but the food must be done adequately and consistently. The food is always just middle of the road for me at BK. ♀️

Asked for only ketchup and pickles on burgers got no pickles and it covered with mustard and hate to say it but whoever took order English was not their first language. I get people need to work but with a position that you need to understand English and speak it why put them there. Here is a example someone ask for no onion bc they are allergic but are giving a burger with onion because the person doesn’t understand English. Figure it out.

MAKE sure to double check your change.
It was a long day for me and I was tired so I didn’t cross my mind to double check to see how much. It was sometime after 9:10pm I got there. Total was $30.57. Change should have been 17.43. I only had $50 cash on me (which I gave).
I received $12.43. I went to the store the next day and counted the change I had. That’s how I figured out I was given the wrong amount back. I tried calling twice today and no answer. My fault for not double checking this time. The gentleman was nice at least. Just sucks the amount of change I received back was incorrect.
