Absolutely Shameful. This sandwich ruined my lunch break, not even exaggerating. To begin with I had special instructions in all caps with my order. I specifically placed my order in the app and walk in while submitting the order. I walked in and heard the order come in and verified my name and order. I was standing there to make sure she didn’t mess up the sandwiches. She insisted and said several times “please have a seat”. I respectfully gave her space to do whatever she does. As soon as I got my sandwiches I opened it up in a table and sure enough saw that she got the special instructions all wrong. She proceeds to pick through the sandwich and remove whatever she shouldn’t have included at the register. So I left and while driving out I took a bit and tasted dry bread and salad. I was furious and wanted to launch the sandwich out the window. Traffic in front of me and traffic behind. If I had went back I would’ve been late for work. But this woman is serving kids meals, she literally wiped the tuna spoon on the bread and probably counted the other pieces of toppings. Here are my pictures of the sandwich with one bite taken out of it and untouched, you make your own judgement and decide if you want food from here. To add to this, the tables haven’t been wiped, bathrooms of course out of order and please have a seat because she’s trying to beat the world record as the fastest sandwich maker. Im a paying customer, was not asking for a favor Shameful !!!

The attitude of the two lady employees at this location has been increasingly ignorant and unprofessional.
They won’t follow the Sub of the day promotion appropriately. Anytime you ask for more toppings, they will act as if you asked for one of their kidneys.
With all this rude behaviour, I also found a hair in my Sub. Don’t waste your money and time here.

I started coming here for a few weeks because of their meal of the day. However when I ordered today, they refuse to switch out onions for cucumbers even though I’ve been doing it for weeks. I guess they don’t want my business anymore there’s plenty of other subways to choose from.

I never leave reviews, but this Subway was so special in their horrific service I felt I had to. The two woman who work at this establishment are extremely rude – multiple times I have gone to get the deal of the day, and even just muttering those words gets you hostility and then a “mistake” overcharge at the counter for what the sandwich would cost without the deal of the day, which leads to you having to call the worker out and say “hey, it’s 6.99, not 10.20”. If it happened once I would chalk it up to miscommunication but the fact I have gone, immediately stated I want the 6.99 meal and received the same outcome every time shows it’s a tactic to attempt to rob people who aren’t paying attention. I will never come here again and I advise anyone to find another Subway that actually treats their customers like they are valued and not treated like a mortal enemy

This Subway location is always a good experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and they keep the place really clean. It’s the kind of spot where, if you come by often, they’ll start to remember your order — which makes it feel more personal. Overall, solid service, good energy, and fresh food every time. Definitely one of the better Subways around.

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this location. The staff were loudly arguing with each other while making my food—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It makes me question the cleanliness and care being taken with food preparation. Please address this immediately because customers deserve better than this. I expect a follow-up from management or corporate on how this will be fixed.”
