We stopped at Subway on December 1st because of the cling on the window advertised 2 foot longs for $10.99 on Saturday or Sunday. We ordered and then were told that we needed a coupon even after we pointed out that it was on the window.
After some back and forth I gave in, and paid full price for a barely stuffed flat bread. Later we read the ad to find that you do not need a coupon.
After contacting corporate we were called the very next day and offered coupons to make up for the poor service, they never arrived.
You’re better off going to another Subway or Publix just down the road.

Ordered through grubhub horrible experience. My husband ordered a full tuna sub and they didn’t give him green peppers and didn’t call and ask us what other toppings okay? And mine was a BLT with no lettuce horrible. Who is working here? Are you lazy no way to reach the customer and ask if we even want subs like this Sub par. I am very disgusted. Never again.

Horrible service and franchise owner is a liar. Claimed would make good on their mistakes. Took my address and never sent anything. Even claimed they forgot and would send them again and never received a second time. Dishonest owners running a bad business. I believe they own a few Subway locations. Bad for customers and the Subway name.

I am a business owner so I really hate to give a place a bad review because I know how it can affect their business! Ive been eating at this subway literally for years. I just got off work looked and the hours posted online say they close at 9pm! As I’m about to grab the door handle to the store and employee locks the door on me and says we close at 8!! It was 8:01!! Honestly I can’t believe that just happened to me!! For years I’ve eaten at this location on a regular basis and to have the door locked as I’m putting my hand on the handle is beyond rude! Guess I won’t eat here anymore!

This is by far the most welcoming Subway I have ever been to. I have no idea who the manager is, but they must be amazing because their staff is amazing. Extremely welcoming, always friendly, and they get my order right every time. I’ll be back more often because of them! Thank you North Fort Myers! ❤️
