Ramen Hiroshi is a hidden spot tucked away in a plaza surrounded by other restaurants, making it easy to miss—but definitely worth finding. The setup feels similar to a food court or restaurant buffet style, which makes ordering quick and convenient.

The ramen was delicious and full of flavor, rich and comforting with every bite. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of chicken wings when I visited, since I was really looking forward to trying them, which was a letdown. However, aside from that small disappointment, the food overall was very good and satisfying.

If you’re in the area and craving flavorful ramen, Ramen Hiroshi is still a solid choice and worth checking out.

Chicken Karaage to go. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Not busy at all because of a huge rain storm going on. The coating on the chicken was weird, crispy on edges, but very soft, mushy on others. The coating didn’t have any seasoning that I could detect. Very tiny portion of aioli for the chicken. Overall the chicken had decent flavor, but I can’t say anything good about the coating. CK should be CRISPY all around! Based on this order I would not eat here again. I do not recommend this business

Probably some of the best ramen I have ever had. The meat was tender the vegetables and bamboo shoots were crunchy but tender and the noodles were cooked just right. The service could have been better but the food made up for. Convenient location to nob hill and other locations.

I had the tonkotsu ramen, and I was quite happy with it! It wasn’t very busy at dinner time, so I got a table right away. The broth was flavourful, and I liked the thicker cut pork belly, which was very tender and delicious. The noodles themselves were thin and a little firm, which was better than some others I’ve had. The toppings were nice, though I haven’t seen lotus root used as a topping elsewhere before. Overall, it’s an above average spot for tonkotsu ramen.

Edit: went for yakitori, which wasn’t bad. Not really a fan of chicken lover or gizzard. Cucumber salad was a bit plain

Honestly a decent Japanese ramen place in sf. The tonkotsu ramen was rich and smooth, the toppings were perfect too. Egg was cold when I first touched it but nothing alittle covering it with broth wouldn’t fix. The place had nice seating but alittle cluttered. Other than that would definitely come again if craving Japanese ramen near that spot! Service was very nice too 🙂

Good food. I wish there was a little more broth, and I’m not a fan of thin noodles (personally), though the noodles were still good. You can add extra broth/noodles/toppings for +$5/ea. I like the location it’s at, because it’s right by the Embarcedero BART, making it a good option for lunch before the Pier.

The fried squid legs and salt n pepper wings are fantastic.
Ramen is not bad but didn’t particularly stand out.
5 stars for the squid legs, I think about them often.

Place is very nice and welcoming. Server was very friendly and nice. Food was subpar. I had the Hiroshi Ramen and it was so thick I had to add water. it basically was a gravy. Not good. Also had the cucumber salad, tasty but way too salty.

I’ve been looking for a good shio ramen ever since Ramen Halu in San Jose closed several years ago. And I finally found it in Ramen Hiroshi and quite by accident. Absolutely delicious chicken shio ramen – just the right level of salt and very refreshing. The chicken chashu was also among the best I’ve had – very juicy and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back often!
