We (a party of 3) found a great family run BBQ place. Woodz Hawg BBQ is a great family owned restaurant. The customer service was friendly and inviting. The food is delicious. The brisket and ribs were tender and perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy. My sides were green beans and mac n cheese. No regrets.
The location is slightly hidden from the road, but it’s a newer business. They’re still building and have ideas that they are working on. We can’t wait for our next trip so we can visit again. Go show them some love and enjoy the delicious food they serve.

Today we dined in at Woodz Hawgs BBQ. It’s always a dilemma for my husband and I, because I don’t eat BBQ. They have other items on the menu. I had delicious shrimp tacos while my husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and BBQ beans. He said his was delicious as well. It’s in a bit hidden location, but once inside it’s extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We highly suggest that you try this place!

Out of the way—it is on the side and towards the back across from what looks like a mechanic. Small and with a family atmosphere, almost as if you went to someone’s house and they were selling barbecue. Delicious pork steak and pulled pork! Haven’t tried other options yet.
