Stopped by Domino’s at Monkey Junction to pick up a one topping pepperoni carryout special this afternoon around 4:20/4:25 pm. I walked in atmosphere was quiet no engagement or greeting at all. When Associate turned around he literally was eating a foam plate of Asian food and could not talk because his mouth was full, pretty disgusting to be honest. Look at your camera around 5:20/5:23 a picture is worth a thousand words. I’m a regular there over the last 10 years, but I think that just changed.

This Dominos used to actually be pretty good but let me tell you NOT NOW. The last 3 times we ordered from here the food quality was absolutely horrible, yes it was the correct order at least however the quality was garbage. Cheese all stuck to the top of the box and all off to one side of the pie, not even close to being warm, HUGE and I mean HUGE air pockets which mean no sauce or cheese or toppings on damn near half the pie. Don’t even get me started on calling them about the issue as they acted like they couldn’t care less what the actual problem with the order was. These pictures are just from the last time we ordered from there as I didn’t take pictures of the other times because I was trying to let it go BUT apparently people need to know how bad it’s gotten so they can fix their staff issues!!!

I’m unsure of who made my pizza, but it was the most beautiful pie I have seen at any dominoes. Genuinely looks like one that one you would see in a commercial. Food was delivered in under an hour and was hot and fresh.

I’ve told Domino’s employees several times that I’m allergic to pork and have asked them not to cut my pizza, but they keep ignoring my request. This is a serious allergy issue, not just a preference, and it’s disappointing that they don’t take it seriously. I’ve tried being polite and clear every time, but it keeps happening. Please train your staff to listen to customers’ allergy instructions — this is about safety, not convenience.

Delivery driver didn’t even wait a minute, phone didn’t ring and handed my food to a random person. My phone said the call was from a minute ago when i called back to say i was on my way back down. When I called to complain, the manager even tried arguing with me when I was trying to request a refund. He eventually said they’ll take care of it. We’ll see

We ordered our pizza and it came 2 hours later. I called several times and the pizza had just gotten out of the oven an hour later and I was told it is under the heat lamps and would go out shortly. An hour later they FINALLY arrived and the pizza’s are cold and dry. This is our first time ordering here.
If they are short on delivery drivers then maybe they should inform customers of that and advise them that picking it up would be necessary to receive it in a timely manner. Don’t cook the pizza’s if you don’t have anyone to deliver them!!

Absolutely horrible. The kids ordered pizza from here and thank god I have cameras. The delivery driver dropped the pizza out of the box and then carefully picked it up with his hands and placed it back in the box. After placing the dirty pizza back in the box he closed it and put the sauces on top and went to walk away. I came outside and he waved and said oh hi have a good night. Sirrrrrrr what I watched you drop the pizza on the ground and put it back in the box. He would have let the kids eat that pizza. I rarely look at my cameras but I just happen to look to make sure it was the delivery driver and that’s what I saw. I called the manager who said he would have to talk to the driver. I told him I can send him the video. He said he will call me back. He then txted and said please send the video I did and he called saying he can not give a refund but will send another pizza out. I said I don’t want that driver coming back to my house he stated don’t worry I have others. Then said I would be pissed too and have a good night. Then the same delivery driver came back with the other pizza. I threw it away because there’s no way I would trust that guy touching my food. It will not let me add the videos but I took some screenshots.

Had an issue with my order, some items were missing— my delivery driver Kassia? i believe his name was, was very kind, nice and helpful and offered to go back and get them.
upon him leaving his manager had called me and wasn’t exactly the nicest. seemed more agitated with me that his driver had to return.
I hope i didnt get that poor kid in trouble, he was in super good spirits when delivered, one of the nicest drivers i’ve had. definitely prefer him over any other driver i’ve received.
