Poor Service! I went to Jack in the Box via drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and two value fries. I get to the window paid cashier and thought about sauces when she came back I asked her for two sauces she hands me the bag shuts the drive thru window and takes off! I look inside and I only see 1 sauce and now the manager is at the window I ask for another sauce she then tells me they charge for sauce I told her you have nothing posted about additional charge for sauces(see pictures inserted below) she then points to the sign not on the menu or anywhere else(see picture inserted below) I can only have sauce if I order chicken strips and chicken nuggets(side note chicken nuggets and strips taste like camels knuckles and toes) I say thank you and drive around back thru the drive thru and reexamined the menu NOTHING MENTIONING ANY CHANGES OR NEW CHARGES AS SPECIFIED BY THE JACK IN THE BOX MANAGEMENT. I pull back up to the drive thru window and unbelievable the cashier was back at the window doing her job. I told her I wanted a refund when the cashier refuses to try and communicate with me when I request sauce and then the nerve of trying to charge me after I had already paid a additional 27 cents for a sauce I went to McDonald’s (receipt attached) anyone questioning the truth of any of my post will always be presented with the facts! Just over $12 for a sourdough Jack and regular onion rings (about 8 rings). I guess that is why I was the only one in the drive thru at 11:50 am. Fast, friendly service, but geez, really overpriced for what you get. It wasn’t even that good. The onion rings were overdone and hard as a rock. I guess it is the good disincentive I need to stay away from fast food.

Very nice employees, eager to help or give you a sauce and things like that. The lady who took our order was very helpful and understand a sorta weird order.
Food was good, and came out quickly. The employees brought it out to us, and immediately gave us cutlery when we asked.
The atmosphere was nice, very clean. The bathrooms were also clean and well kept.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. I have had this at other Jack in the Box locations and it was delicious. At this location, it was awful. I couldn’t eat it, because I was afraid I would get ill. I got in the car and returned it. The drive thru had 6 cars, so I attempted to go in the dining room. It was locked although it was 8:30pm and the posted time said it closed at 10pm. So I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. The girl was so rude. Although I received a refund, I thought maybe I would be compensated for my time and effort. For a future visit. Well, bc of the rude girl and terrible food and experience, I will not be returning! I suggest you also rethink this location.

So I had a coupon for two chicken sandwich, combos for $12 that I was going to share for me and my friend and then once I got the chicken sandwiches I asked for ranch and the cashier only gave me one and I’m like I need at least 2 or 3 and she said it’s gonna be $.27 each. And I’m like well I mean I’m ordering two chicken sandwich combos I should get at least two and she’s like oh we charge extra for The sauce and blah blah blah so I’m like OK then. So I just put the dollar on the table and she ends up giving me attitude and throwing the change back at me. I am never coming back here ever again.

Just picked up an online order today and the process was quick and easy! Food was great and I did appreciate the small details of “have a good day” with the small drawing of a cat on the sticker on the bag! 🙂 It did make my day when I saw that!
