This is what I ordered during my lunch break and the other is what I picked up. Spent the majority of my break trying to find a knife and cutting everything up. I hate that I left a tip when I placed my order online.

Staff could be more detail oriented with online orders. My orders have been missing multiple toppings which only bugs me for the ones I pay extra for. It’s frustrating to pay for something you never get. But overall freshness of products is still there! 3 stars for average quality of service. I hope this review inspires some improvement for this location.

I went in today and ordered two subs. (4:30pm) Horrible people, and on top of it. I was eating my sandwich and it was raw and doughy still. I called and was laughed at. I asked to speak with a manager and was still laughed at and hung up. I ended up spending $30 and I threw both subs away.

Just stick to meal prepping at home. Many restaurants all seem to be struggling to find the right help. Don’t get me wrong. The employees are very polite but there’s only so much they can do without the proper assistance. I paid $12 for a basic 6” ham sub and chips/drink. The register and price board have different prices. While $2 is not a big deal, I was splurging for lunch and could have gotten more for that price elsewhere. The employees couldn’t fix it so I paid the extra, ate my lunch, and will try my best to order on the app instead of in store. That, or I will visit a different location. Food itself is good and like I said, very pleasant employees. I just don’t expect to pay more than what is advertised at any business. Hope this helps Subway do more training or development in the future.

Charged me for bacon and never even got my bacon! I ordered off Uber eats and the receipt attached SAYS BACON ADDED. Could’ve just refunded me but overall the sandwich was good.

Do yourself a favor and read the most recent reviews for this location. They REALLY speak for themselves. I arrived here at 8:52am on 22NOV, and the doors were locked. The clearly posted hours are posted on the door and say they open at 8am. When I attempted to walk in, the door was locked meanwhile an employee just stood there staring at me. Didn’t come to the door, didn’t do anything. It was as if I wasn’t even there. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. Also, this is the only Subway I’ve been to that is consistently out of products- especially the tuna. Stay away. This business is so so not worth your time or money.

Everytime I go inside this location, they are always on the phone and proceed to stay on their phone call or FaceTime call while taking your order which is incredibly rude. They also never have anything in stock. Went in two nights and the only meat options they had were ham and turkey. How about at least put a sign on the door as a courtesy to customers walking in to let them know when you are out of something. Hire more respectable employees and do better overall.

The food was good but it took 25 minutes for three people to be served. The employees weren’t moving to get anything done, and as our sandwiches were being made, the line woman kept stopping to do other tasks. She’d ask what bread you wanted then walk off to do something else, come back and ask what you wanted on it then step off for something else. She was also not listening to what was going on as two other customers tried to talk to her to get her attention and she ignored them. Overall felt very dissatisfied with the service and atmosphere. 3 sandwiches should not have taken so long and I felt she was rather rude to the other customers. I think I’ll drive a bit further to the next Subway before coming back here again.

I walked in and the manager noticed there was a 2 person line and immediately jumped in to move things along. I enjoyed pleasant thoughtful service catered to my personal taste. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. My son and I split a sandwich and she was super attentive to make sure we both had an optimal experience. The place looks recently renovated. It was super clean and pleasant to enjoy a quick bite to eat.
