I’m completely lost as to what exactly happened here. This place was a great place once and I personally visited it regularly. Employees change if you blink your eyes. The service has dropped a big amount, as they don’t seem to know what they have or what is going on even with an empty dining room. The last and final time I stopped in with my family, we waited a bit over an hour to finally get our food and most of it was cold as if it was sitting for a while. The young man as our server could only apologize a thousand times but never could figure anything out on what was happening with our food. I’ve given up wasting my time and money, returning from time to time in hopes that it may get back to being as good as it used to be. No more. So disappointing.

Today 09/1/2024 a 17 year old waitress waited our table a party of 7. The 17 year old server took our order. The special need tips was posted on the wall only to be told they ran put. We placed our order and it was a long time getting our order. She never I am sorry your orders is taking so long because???etc.Nobody really said anything.One server came out and said to us she is back there crying because we were rude to her. After that comment that was directed at use we got upset. No one was rude I guess she didn’t like us asking questions. We were very angry then
Out of our party of 7 4 were from out of town the other 3 patronized this restaurant frequently. I personally go to this restaurant with my family when I come to visit. However, as of this day we will never visit this restaurant again. HIRE MORE SERVERS AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY I HAVE MORE TO SAY BUT WILL SEND A LETTER DIRECTLY TO LUMBERJACK IN SPRINGHILL, LOUISIANA

Very good down home. Food. Will definitely be eating here again. Definitely for breakfast and like the fact that they had a small salad bar. Don’t see very many salad bars since the pandemic.

Have servers that actually check on your table. There was 3 ladies and none asked if we needed refills. The kitchen staff was throwing stuff and yelling as we could hear them out in the dining area. We didn’t get our food correct and after waiting 20 mins for them to correct it we asked when it would be ready and they said honestly I don’t know, that the kitchen was making everyone else’s food and ours will be made once it is done. We paid and left. The servers are quick to get an attitude when you question something.

Couldn’t give all 5s because I’d be lying if I said I haven’t cursed under my breath a few times while waiting to be greeted at the counter when I’m doing my pickup. When we eat inside, service is great. But walking in seeing 3 waitresses standing in the back at the computer just “looking at you” can be annoying. At least say “I’ll be right with you!” Anyway, I love the Keto choices! I’m on a weight loss journey and the options are very fulfilling.

Went in to have lunch , after giving the waitress our order and getting our drinks we left after a hour still receiving no food. Several tables that came in after us had received their food and were eating. Waitress was very apologetic and they were busy but a hour is a little excessive.Only upside is we didn’t have to pay for drinks

This was the worst food experience I have ever experienced I had 30 min on my lunch brake I ordered ahead of time when I walk in to pick my food up the person that waited on me was sitting g there eating with a baby and a guy friend the food was cold and portions was very small I understand the meal cost 9.99 but why my order come out to 15$ is it because I’m black this place need to be under new management
