I ordered some coffees and a few sandwiches today and it was quite the experience. I also had an iced matcha latte that was, what I perceived to be 1/3 foam instead of actually drink. The person that I was getting it for did order less ice but it seemed like there was an excessive amount still missing. I politely asked the employee who brought it to me if this was normal for the matcha lattes specifically and she said “no not usually, I’ll remake it for you.”, I replied thank you and she left. About 5 seconds later another employee came to the window with the drink and was immediately combative. He was trying to argue with me by saying “that’s 1/3 empty? Im not going to remake this.” As he held the drink tilted. I said that I just wasn’t sure if there was supposed to be that much foam and he said “I can scoop the foam out if you want.” And I said no thank you and left.
Got home and was greeted with a sandwich that had throughly burnt bread but was somehow still cold.
Not sure why I picked dunkin over the other local coffee places but it won’t happen again.

Absolutely love the iced coffee. Stop through everyday and everyday they get it correct 🙂 Miss Sandy and Miss Kai and Mikey there’s others in missing I just don’t know the names but I adore each and everyone. Outstanding service ❤️

The absolute worst experience ive had here. Waited in the drive through for 15m for a pickup order i placed online. Ended up just pulling forward to the window, where nobody helped me. So after another 10 minutes, i went inside to ask for my order. I was ignored for another 10 minutes before i had to say something. Now my food is cold and my coffee is about 2/3 full for some reason. There is no excuse for the poor customer service and attitudes by the workers.

I came through the drive-thru about 30 minutes before closing to get a wrap, but was told that all the ovens were already turned off and that I’d have to wait 20 minutes if I wanted to order. I completely understand if it was just 10–15 minutes before closing, but not half an hour. I was coming from work and obviously couldn’t wait that long. Very disappointing experience — it shouldn’t be this hard to get food when the place is still open.

I ordered the chicken roasted red pepper wrap I couldn’t even bite through whatever was in the wrap (pictured). Ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was given to me on sourdough. Thought the hash browns would be okay and they were soggy and soft. Instant appetite loss. On top of that every item was cold. Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. If you don’t want to work in fast food, don’t, no one’s forcing you.

They didn’t have any raised donuts or any leftover Halloween buckets The service was great, very friendly and attentive. Drink flavors are kinda hit and miss for me.
