Was very slow, rude made sandwich wrong got mad when I corrected the employee which was cleaning for 10 minutes just wiping the same place before stepping in to help. Completely ignored me saying I wanted soup…very bad vibes in the air. Do better! I left without purchasing anything and was there over 30 minutes…if they can’t listen and be kind I won’t give them my money…McDonalds got that sale…

Very clean inside. Highly recommend the $5.99 6 inch meal deal, Friday is Tuna. Staff was friendly and we got our food fast. I wish Subway would bring back Lite Mayonnaise.

Subway claims to be serving fresh food, but this location was just a disappointment.
I asked for cucumbers and lettuce on my sub and I got something that must have been cut days ago.
Made the the sub taste awful.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch on flat bread. I ordered it to be picked up curb side and I had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time and when I got home and went to eat it my sandwich is wet the bread is literally dripping wet. I tried to call subway and the phone rings and rings then it answers with fax machine tones. I paid $12 for this sandwich and can’t even get it fixed!!! I am so mad!!!!

Absolutely the BEST Subway location I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a customer of in my LIFE!

Coming from the U.P., it’s obvious that the care the ladies put into the care in their small franchise chain is well above the bar. The Yooper chains just cannot compare!

I would *not* recommend ordering delivery, at this time. Deliveries are handled by DoorDash, and Dashers come up out of Bay City. While I usually try to show love to my Dashers, it’s a major craps-shoot whether or not your order will be delivered in a timely manner. If at all. Yes, there’s a story there:

I placed a delivery order on 9/28. An hour later, I call the store to ask what’s going on. The Manager tells me that no Dashers took the order. Irritating, but not world-ending. I live across from the old Deer Acres, so I go to pick up my own order. She even offered to take time out of her day to deliver it to me herself! I wasn’t about to make her do that! I didn’t know how busy they were.

The ladies there were absolutely the NICEST, most understanding people there at the store. They were empathetic, and apologetic (it wasn’t their fault, and I knew that!) And we tag-teamed DoorDash to eventually make things right for DD 8n dropping the ball. Funny thing: the Dasher ghost-arrived just 2 minutes after I picked up my own order!

As for the food: The bread is phenomenal! It’s not too sweet, and you can taste the actual flavors of the bread and ingredients. These ladies know how to build a sandwich!

Subway calls their employees “Artisans”. These ladies really are! Dedicated mistresses to their craft. Perfect proportions of ingredients sandwiched into the bread, so not one thing is overpowering or underrepresented.

Burger King’s “Have it Your Way” motto doesn’t have anything on this location. Your sandwich can be built as YOU like it, to absolute perfection.

When I want something quick, easy, tasty, and I know it’s done with love and care I’ll be going to this small-town Subway every time!

Well!!! The “manager” is completely unpredictable as well as unprofessional. So sad my children got to
Witness a women with a lose mouth! No one in store but my family. My self and children. There were two teenagers standing in the kitchen no care in the world to help, although it’s their job! I kept my cool we knew what we wanted. The workers that were standing in the kitchen were complaining who was gonna come help. Among them arguing they decided to pull out there nicotine vapes and start puffing away!!!! This establishment is below par!!! It use to be so nice now it’s a joke. Needles to say purtells next door was amazing! Nice staff even gave the kids a small cone of Superman icecream while we waited. Sorry subway you’re failing hard below that line of great customer service. I did see the manager she was. A absolutely nightmare! Save time and money and most importantly your patience!!!

Would never eat there again . It smell like a septictank. Service was rude messed up my order 2 times with me right there tell them what it was. Then the veggies were brown .I asked to talk to a manager she told me she was the assistant manager and it won’t do me any good to talk to the person above her because it her mom.so I got in touch with the owner and she hung up on me and would talk to me.

Terrible service, mouse droppings on the floor, extremely rude. It took me 3x to get a simple sandwich correct. The manager has a “my way or the highway” attitude and will cuss someone out. I could look over all that if i didnt get rotted veggies each time i have been there.

Yeah they advertise fresh bread. What fresh two days ago! I just love spending money for a nasty sub. The bread was hard and the steak tasted off. I use work/manage a subway. So I know how bad the quality was. No more subway for me every time I go to one. It’s always horrible. Mostly from the hard old bread. No thanks!

Not very good for business, I have now tried to place a order January 31st 2024 and they were closed. Again tried to place a order February 1st 2024 again they were closed. This is completely unacceptable when you own a business. Specially one like this Subway. I did lots and lots of ordering but I’m not sure I will anymore. Please do better Subway of Pinconning Michigan.
