First off, I’ve been a regular customer for most of this year and based on what I’ve been told and witnessed this store needs a new general manager. Through many visits getting to know the staff and being told of numerous times the general manager sleeps at his desk or even worse the LOBBY FLOOR? And eating in last night and then going outside with my friends, the general manager comes barreling outside telling a bunch of people they need to leave or he’ll call the cops in such a hostile aggressive and unprofessional manner. I ordered through the website and after an hour I call the store. They told me my food was still sitting there and I left a tip.
I called the store and asked to be refunded because it was still sitting there. The manager on duty told me I’d need to call back to speak with the GM. Five minutes later door dash texted and says my food that I refuse ld because it’s an hour and a half late now in being delivered.
I call back and DM Ashley answered and assured me I’d have a refund confirmation in 10 minutes…it’s now been 20. No refund no Wingstop!

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this location. The food was delicious and well prepared however the staff was extremely rude and impatient with my group. As we ate we could see the employees giving us dirty looks and that they were clearly gossiping about us, which tainted my experience eating at this location.

My boyfriend and I come to this location a lot. Today was the first time we’ve received BAD food. The chicken was very old and gross. We called and they immediately offered to remake the food or give us credit. We chose to have the food remade. Andrew, the manager was very kind and helpful with the situation. He showed us the fresh food when we arrived to make sure we were satisfied and also offered us some free brownies. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and his kindness.
