This pizza place is gooooood!!! A bit pricey for local pizza place but the taste of perfection is well worth the few extra dollars. The wings are absolutely delicious! I always make sure to buy a bottle of their homemade ranch dressing! Employees aren’t the most personable but they do their jobs! Restaurant is always clean and well stocked. I appreciated the community support Shaler signage! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I order here frequently mostly because they are close to home. I normally order my usual Buffalo Chicken roll, this time decided to go with the buffalo chicken pizza. That’s all I got. Paid for extra chicken because they never put a decent amount on in the first place. I ordered at 2:23 and didn’t get my pizza till 4:00. So yeah obviously my pizza wasn’t hot. Was starving so just reheated. But even paying for extra chicken it still looked like a normal one should. The pizza used to be bomb when I was younger. Definitely not as good as it used to be. I remember there being some sauce/hot sauce on the actual pizza, now it seems like only sauce is on the chicken and then cheese. So it was pretty dry. I’ll stick with my usual roll from here on. It’s hot saucy and stuffed with chicken.

My kids love Frank’s! My son lives by the buffalo chicken pizza, and my daughter loves the chicken tenders. Personally I think the buffalo chicken pizza is overrated but this is what Frank’s are famous for. I do like their cheese or pepperoni pizzas though. They are very saucy and cheesy. Bread sticks are another regular menu option we get but beware they are so buttery that they often drip through the box. They’re friendly and quick as well so bonus!

Very fast and efficient with their food service! They will greet everyone that comes into the door and acknowledge them! They will use their manners to customers! The buffalo chicken was a personal one small 4 slice with loaded with flavor especially dipping into their homemade ranch! We have been going here for years, mostly for their wings. A couple weeks ago we ordered them, and were surprised to say the least. They changed the wings so they are now literally the size of a quarter, I didn’t even know wings came that small. I called to ask if we can get another order fixed because we know what their usual wings should be, and the manager said the wings are now “pathetic”, that he knows, apologized on behalf of the owners but said “there is nothing we can do.” We will miss the ranch dressing, but don’t have plans of ever going back with the service we got this last time. I used to recommend you guys, this is sad, but we will go elsewhere for pizza and wings.

I love there buffalo chicken pizza. I am a big huge fan of Franks. I think staff are very nice and ranch is so so good. There own fancy company. And I am just a huge big fan! LOVE YOU FRANKS! I am a kid so I just love spicy stuff.

We have ordered Frank’s many times over the years and have always had good customer service and good pizza, but the last 5-10 times we have ordered pizza, it has come to us with a burnt underside. When we called to say something we were originally offered a new pizza, but upon telling whoever we spoke to on the phone that we had eaten a slice and tasted the burnt underside we were told “Well I’m not going to send you a new pizza if you’re going to eat the burnt one.” Who looks at the underside of a pizza prior to biting into it? And if we had gotten the new pizza we were offered, were you going to take the burnt one back? I’ve worked in the food service and you don’t take food back. That’s not sanitary. It’s a shame. Frank’s used to be a great place to get great pizza. But I don’t think we are going to give it another try for how expensive Frank’s Pizza is. Guess the moral of the story is, check the underside of your pizza before you take a bite!

Just ordered wings from this place and they arrived big nasty rubbery drums. Oh my god they’re so rubbery. I’ve never seen anything like this before. They’re so rubbery it’s almost as though they were microwaved. Not edible at all due to choking hazard.
