I get it , it’s fast food but a $13.59 double burger should not have a single piece of meat.

Burger itself (Double Smashburger) was quite good, and Smash Fries were very good. Service and personnel ok. But overall it’s just a chain restaurant, a fast food thing, so obe can’t have any high expectations. It is what it is. Only for a quick bite while waiting for a connecting flight. ✈️ ♂️

Terrible service and highly disappointing food! The lady at the counter was rude to other customers and not interested in taking orders! My meal came up to $24.41 for a salt-laden double patty burger that was so tiny , it could have been mistaken for a slider. , a coke, and bottled water! Staff were rude, disinterested, preoccupied with doing everything but tending to customers! They were out of shakes and once I was told the lady at the counter just glared at me and didn’t offer alternative options. When I finally got my order, the lady fulfilling the orders literally tossed the extra napkins to me! Smashburger should get these workers away from any customer-facing roles. Hire better help! Hire for personality, train for skill!

Classic smash burger with the fixings, hit the spot but did feel like a fast food burger. Fries were crispy and paired well with ranch. All in all not a bad spot at the airport but nothing to rave about. Recommend getting a double as patties are quite thin. Was a bit pricey – $20 for a burger, fries and a drink but that’s to be expected with airport food.

The woman packing up the orders was making absolutely sure all of the orders were correct (opened up my burger to make sure the tomato wasn’t there), and I really appreciated that.
I would recommend pulling the line guard out further to the side, since pea-brained people will line up straight and block the walk way.

First time smash burger here. Other than very slow service, it was fantastic. I ordered double bacon smash burger. It was very juicy and served with their signature sauce. On the side I enjoyed SmashTots that were served with flakes of rosemary, garlic and olive oil for only .10 more and it was worth it. Just a delicious burger meal.

Ordered a veggie burger and fries. Food tasted as good as I expected from smashburger. The fries were fine, and didn’t have any issue with being overly oily as mentioned in other reviews, so maybe they fixed that problem. Solid choice for airport food, with prices at least resembling the outside world.
One caution – if you are short on time and the line is long, you may want to pick something else, as it does not move very fast. It was backed up just past the elevator when I arrived and I waited about 30 minutes to order, then 5-10 minutes after ordering to receive my food.
