Good gracious! Popeye’s fries were the bomb! The chicken tenders were on point as well. My only critique was having to run down the stairs to my vehicle for ketchup. I carry extra packets incase fast-food service fails to provide me with some. Why did you ask what sauce I wanted?

I am writing to follow up on a recent visit to your establishment. While I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and appreciate your reward points program, I encountered an issue with the receipt provided upon redemption of my points. I did not receive a proper receipt reflecting the code for redemption, which is necessary for your Popeyes App rewards system.
Could you please clarify to all customers your process for obtaining a correct receipt to earn Popeyes reward points.

I ordered a large combo one and a half hours before closing. I requested sweet tea as my beverage, but was told we don’t have sweet tea. It was quite clear that they didn’t want to brew more tea so close to closing. I then asked to substitute with lemonade as I did not want a soda. I was told I’d have to chose a soda or there would be a 3 dollar up charge. I then said, just eliminate the drink. I proceeded to the window to be charged two dollars more than the combo meal. I said, that doesn’t make sense if I asked you to eliminate the charge for the soda. He then said, because you eliminated the drink we have to charge you for each item separately. I then said, charge me for the combo, give me the drink and I’ll toss it if I chose to do so. I then asked to speak to the manager who said the system does not allow us to remove a charge from the combo. I’m not surprised at the customer service as the first review I read when I searched on google was, customers were given toilet paper in place of napkins. I will not be patronizing the north post Popeyes.

I used the drive-through. I got the ghost pepper and bacon sandwich and a side of fried pickles. The sandwich was awesome. The fried pickles were really bland and underwhelming. I was expecting more dill flavor.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes. My chicken dippers were dry and not even filled to the correct amount . Had to turn back around cause my order was missing my Mac and cheese. So another wait in line . No biscuits

No napkins. Fries were room temp. Bun on sandwich was cold like it just came out the fridge. I asked for garlic par wings. They just put the sauce on some wings that already had hot sauce on them and they were room temp. At least the biscuits were warm. No fork to eat my cheese cake. I swore i was not going to come back after the last time. I will certainly never go back to this location again.

Before Ms. Lore came, I had come to Popeyes and waited almost 40min for a one leg kids meal. Not only was the wait long but the Customer service was horrible and that was about 5 months ago. I finally decided to come back to give them another shot and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was I greeted once, but greeted three times, by different employees including the employee sitting on their break at the table. Just that alone was a turn around for me. Walking into a restaurant feeling welcome, I don’t mind waiting for food. Ms. Lore has completely changed the atmosphere in that place and it’s more than appreciated! Thank you Popeyes for making me feel welcome!
