Never ever had a complaint with Jets my absolute favorite .. this was a total failure. Pizza extremely dry and overcooked and its my Sons birthday . Broken hearted to say the least.By the time we get back to Great Wolf 10 mins away it was too late too call it in to be remade. This is definitely not Jets pizza.

This place is always my go to. Though these last few times haven’t been good. I usually come here because they get it right as far as what I input online for my pizza. Everytime I get light sauce.. I’m paying almost $20 for a pizza to end up having not what I asked for. Cheese can’t even stick to the pizza with how much sauce is on it. I ended up keeping it because I can’t go back and fourth when I have a lunch break, done that with Marcos and that’s a reason I haven’t been back there. This is the second time it’s happened and I’m just disappointed with the quality recently with jets.

As far as pizza joints go, Jet’s is highly recommended. I definitely liked how customizable everything was from the crust and its seasonings to the different kinds of sauces to dips.
Customer service is what I would come back for, personally. Lance, my cashier, was extremely patient and even gave recommendations since it was my first time here.
And the pizza was beyond good, it wasn’t to sauce-y, the toppings were of great quality and the crust/dough wasn’t to extremely dense. Worth a try in my book

After the HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND SERVICE FROM GM FRANK AT JETS IN BEDFORD – my pregnancy craving was fulfilled by the amazing staff in NRH. Argue with an internet troll if you think anywhere has better Detroit style pizza than Jet’s. Will always recommend Jet’s as the best pizza in the DFW. 100/10 for me EVERYTIME!!!

The first time we ordered from jets we loved it! It had great pizza and great ranch dressing….but every subsequent order we’ve made (at least 5 more times) has been terrible. We kept giving them more chances bc the first time was so good. I’m finally leaving a bad review after speaking with the manager today after we received our terrible order. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The salad had a puddle of water in it and the dressing was missing. We ordered a half and half pizza with no onions. The center of the pizza was basically uncooked and was covered in onions. I called to ask for a refund bc it was so terrible and was told I could have a coupon for 20% off my next order. When I told him what happened he blamed the soggy pizza on me saying it was the type of pizza I ordered (both menu items, not personalized items) and said there was nothing he could do unless I brought the pizza back up to the store. I had 5 kids 6 and under at home with my sister and there was no way we were bringing pizzas back when we paid to have it delivered. This was the last straw. If you want crisp pizza and all the items delivered correctly, don’t order from the Jets. I can almost guarantee it will be a bad experience bc only 1/6 times ordering from there has been good. I guess shame on me for thinking it might be different. $60 wasted.

Love the “Turbo Crust”, this is just such fantastic pizza. I always look for it when I travel to other places, it’s so good.
