My wife was charged 30$ for what should have cost 20$ then when I opened the box it was filled with just legs. My wife is now crying because she feels taken advantage of by this establishment, she didn’t think she had to watch over the employee to make sure she received the food she ordered or was charged the correct amount.

I recently placed an order online through their menu for 6 whole wings with 2 rolls. During the ordering process, I was prompted to choose a sauce, and I selected honey lemon pepper.
After submitting and paying for my order, I received a phone call from Crown Chicken asking if I had placed an online order. I confirmed and mentioned that I had ordered honey lemon peppe.
However, when I got home and opened my order, I discovered that I had received 6 wing dings instead of whole wings, and the 2 rolls were also missing.
I called the store to clarify the issue and was told that honey lemon pepper is not offered on whole wings. I explained that your online menu did allow me to select that sauce for whole wings, and that’s exactly what I ordered and paid for. The person I spoke to said they weren’t sure why that option was on the menu.
When I asked about the missing rolls, I was told that “rolls don’t come with lemon pepper wings,” even though my order clearly stated 6 whole wings with 2 rolls.
I’m disappointed incorrect order, especially after paying for something that wasn’t fulfilled as described. UPDATE the online menu to reflect what is actually available, and ensure that customers receive what they pay for. I DONT KNOW WHY IS ON THE MENU IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. THE GUY ON THE PHONE DID NOT EVEN CARE WHAT I WAS SAYING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND THEY DONT FIX THEIR MISTAKE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY.

It’s a mom & pop fried chicken store with basic decor but my God the friend chicken was heavenly. I couldn’t stop eating. I finished my meal and the owner saw how much I was enjoying the chicken so he brought out some extra chicken for me and didn’t charge. It was perfectly marinated and perfectly Krispy. Chicken was not dry on the inside. Perfect combination

I order one combo of 5 pieces of a chicken. The guy at the register instead of double asking and confirming the order charged me for 5 combos of 5 pieces of chicken, taking from me $60.00 mind you I did asked for my order correctly and just like that. When i am telling him the order is wrong he had the audacity to say I already buy it and he denied to fix it and give my order right and my money back. I had to literally fight him for 15 minutes so he does what he is supposed to do right. He was disrespectful , unhelpful and does not do his job right.

Our food had really pasty rice- thats how overcooked it was. It was all mush and stuck together and the mouth feel was disgusting. And 0 salt. We got the mixed platters over rice. Absolute bummer and we won’t be coming back. Overcooked rice to this extent is obvious to notice. Shame on you guys for serving this to paying customers.
