I ordered on DoorDash and the restaurant gave my order to someone who was not my dasher. My actual dasher was there waiting for an order so I called and they told me not the dasher that my order was picked up already. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, he mentioned I had to take it up with DoorDash because “he does not get paid to make my order twice”. I was extremely polite & understanding so for him to be rude to a customer who has been going to this place for years was it for me. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere

Do yourself a favour and order from a BDubs or literally any other wing shop. We put in an order on DoorDash a little before 7PM and it said it was going to take 69-99 minutes, which we were fine with… Then at 9PM the order gets cancelled… Now it’s too late to order from anywhere else and we’re hungry at that… Never again. PSA, if you want to be disappointed and NOT eat then feel free to order from here.

After eating 2 boneless wings i had to throw it out. There was over 2 tablespoons of oil at the bottom of the takeout container. Fries were extremely soggy from being soaked in the oil. Chicken barely had the lemon pepper rub on it.. WAY TOO MUCH OIL. I know that fried food is greasy but I’ve never been able to remove oil from a tray of fried food with a spoon until IJW.

Absolutely horrible food! Cold, stale, rubbery fries, half cooked (but dry at the same time) chicken. I called for a refund and the restaurant managers says he can’t do anything since it was ordered through Google. He can’t see credit card details. He can’t give a refund. Sorry we sold you garbage food. Bye. Never again.

I get the boneless wings with fries combo with a lot of sauces ordered as sides. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews but I’ve always gotten good food from here. The wings and fries are great! Also this place is literally inside Chilis-yes you heard that right. It’s just wings is chilis and shares the same kitchen as chilis.
