Like 99.9 Chick-fil-A ‘s I’ve visited, this visit was great. The only issue I had was the request for extra pickles on my sandwich was missed. In fact I got no pickles which makes me believe the sandwich maker confused extra with NO. We went to the mobile order lane and the timeline was quick and uneventful. Courteous and friendly. One last comment, I’m back home in NC, so the wreaths are probably down by now, but next time hang them evenly, lol.(See photo) What else is there to complain about. Seriously,a great visit with outstanding food, excellent service.

Chick‑fil‑A consistently delivers a great experience, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family. The food is reliably fresh, the chicken is always seasoned well, and the waffle fries somehow never disappoint. Even during busy hours, the drive‑thru moves impressively fast, and the staff is unfailingly polite in a way that genuinely stands out compared to most fast‑food places.
The restaurants are clean, the orders are accurate, and the overall atmosphere feels a little more thoughtful than your typical fast‑food stop. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re going to get—in the best way.
If you’re looking for friendly service and consistently good food, Chick‑fil‑A is an easy choice.

This location is subpar at best. Tonight I placed a mobile order, no problem. As others have said I get there and sit in line waiting. A car two cars behind me gets their food. I get to the front and they ask me to pull to the “VIP” waiting spots. I do, reluctantly. For what it’s worth I ordered 2 spicy southwest salads & 2 large drinks. This is not the first time this has happened. I sit waiting for about 5 min. I see the runner take my order to the car in line. Obviously they don’t take it, wasn’t what they ordered. I sit some more. They I’m guessing had forgotten they asked me to pull over to those spots. After 10 minutes go by as I’m about to drive back around someone walks another order out to a different car (that had just pulled in). I stop them and finally get my food. This location has been like this since it opened. I won’t return. I will drive down to the Winterpock location. It’s much more orderly and much less wait time. I’ve had long (over 10 min) wait times, wrong food, and just the lackluster vibe from the employees at this location. Sadly, this was a much better run CFA when it was across the street.

What’s the point in mobile thru if it takes longer than the drive thru. This is the worst cfa I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back. Sat in line for 15 minutes. This is the most poorly run drive thru. The one up the street has one line and takes half the time. Do better cfa. You shouldn’t have 3.5 stars that’s disappointing.

Got to chikfila 8:28 started driving home 8:39
It took 11 minutes to get thru mobile drive thru order
Issues is that mobile order line is supposed to be faster than drive thru but it is slower.
And if either line gets the order, they still have ti wait until the 1st in line. Sometimes 2 or 3 cars get their food and ends us just waiting.
Middle lane could be open or close mobile thru.
There needs to have a middle lane to open up traffic, for mobile thrus,
And a 2nd drive thru lane needs to be opened.
This design was flawed and it was much more efficient when there was just a regular drive thru with multiple lanes and multiple egresses

i stopped in to get a drink before work. it wasn’t very busy and the drive thru line was short, but i went inside anyways. all i ordered was a sweet tea, but it took them ten minutes and me asking about my order for them to finally get it to me. i normally have a pretty good experience at this location, so i’m a little disappointed with the service this morning

This new location is awful. The traffic pattern is anxiety inducing and wildly inefficient. The food was fairly typical but the service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. Last but not least, no one said “my pleasure,” which isn’t a huge on its own, but really was the cherry on top for the visit.
I don’t know who thought this move was a good idea, but it’s very obviously not. I won’t be surprised if the business fails to keep up with rent or new bills associated with this new building.

This Chick-fil-A can’t handle crowds at all.
They completely forgot half of my order . Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Chick-fil-A normally has pretty good customer service Avoid this location, seriously

This Chick-fil-A is the stingiest we’ve been to. They won’t give you your sauces unless you beg. And even then we add the max we can just to see and don’t even get the ones we want. The winterpock is our favorite because Todd isn’t stingy like this owner.

I recently went to this location and was treated very badly over a mistake they made. In the drive-thru, I was asked to wait in the designated area. After 25 minutes, I went inside to check on my order, and was told they would have to make it! Another 15 minutes and I finally got my food. I felt strongly that meal should have been comp’d. When I asked for that, the junior team lead went off to talk to the manager… tick tock again. Finally the manager sent this kid back to tell me “no comp” and that they had put some cookies in as an “I’m sorry”. First of all, I am pre-diabetic and extra food is the last thing I need, especially cookies! They were rude, dismissive and needless to say, very poor performers overall. Stay away from this location as they do not uphold the standards and culture I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
