I ordered 2 route 44 sweet peach teas & a cheeseburger with mustard, mayo & extra lettuce. My tea was watered down & tasted awful! My burger barely had any lettuce & gobs of mayo & mustard oozed out everywhere, as you can see in the photos. I will NEVER STOP here again!! I had to throw away my drinks & the burger!!

The young man who was BY HIMSELF tonight (12.27.25) near closing, deserves a raise. He got our order 100% correct and it was hot and fresh. Everything was really good, even the 2 cherry limeades we ordered, that a lot of Sonics are messing up on, we’re delicious. Please let him know he is appreciated.

This location has changed a lot. Very few customers because the food is no longer fresh. Only the drive thru has been open for months now, there are no carhops. And I believe there may be 1-2 people employed at a time so that means 1-2 people are doing everything simultaneously. Food is not fresh. Location is not fresh. The iconic Cherry Limeade was not even served like Sonic serves it. Other restaurants in the area have invested in the upgrading of their buildings and service because new business and residences are now in Baytown. This location may need to shut down for a short time to rebrand and hire enough staff to come up to the level of the Sonic brand.

Almost a completely empty parking lot and still had to wait almost twenty minutes and still had wrong items in our order.
The burger I ordered was so greasy it was literally spilling from the wrapper everywhere. After I used every napkin to soak it up I told my husband it was fine and to go head and go. It was dark so I didn’t notice, but on my third bite I noticed the texture was really off and I turned on the light to see raw patties.
I am absolutely disgusted.

Very cool way to order and get food. You can go through the normal drive through, go inside and eat, or park your car next to one of those ordering kiosks. Kinda reminds me of the Cars movie and how the cars go about things. Anyways, went there around 9pm and there was unfortunately only 1 person manning the entire store. He was both taking orders and making the food. It took a bit to arrive, but the service was good and the food tastes great, much better than a lot of other fast food restaurants. Definitely an underrated fast food chain. Would recommend the shakes they have.

If I could leave no stars I would. Took at least fifteen minutes to get TWO drinks I ordered online. Pulled into a spot, and hit the red button to inform them I had arrived, because the app wouldn’t let me check in. No one answered, so I pulled into the drive through where no one answered the intercom. I was eventually motioned to pull forward. I gave my name, and was informing her of my order but the girl just walked off. I will not be coming back, and do not recommend this location to others. There were only 3 other cars in the parking lot

Waiting at the first food sign tried ordering nobody came back and said anything waited for 15 minutes then someone came out and said it didn’t work. Went another one and ordered our food 20 minutes later it came out when we started eating our large tater tots with cheese they was greasy with dirty looking oil and tasted really bad didn’t taste like tater tots at all they was nasty foot long chilly dog was over cooked the chili was cold the hamburger was dry and cold. Will not go back to that one that’s for sure

Update: This place is progressively getting worse. Everyone has to go through the drive thru now, no patties for the grilled cheese double burger, been at the drive thru window for 30 mins, would of driven off if I hadn’t already paid. Chicken tender meal was a box of tots, missing 1 fry still. Won’t be back.
