I walked into Subway today feeling like a hollow shell of a human. Darryl looked me in the eyes, saw my soul was yearning for electrolytes and deli meats, and said, “I got you.”
The rest is history, as I devoured that masterpiece as soon as I got home!!! 10/10 for service and personality!

Clean area. There were two folks working on Christmas night. They were slammed with constant online orders and in person. They were so awesome! Given that they could have been grumpy they were still good!

Staff seemed nice. I got tuna and they were a bit skimpy on the tuna. And skimpy on the toppings. The pretzel didn’t seem to be done all the way and barely had any salt. The honey mustard wasn’t filled to the top.
The spinach was ick see in video.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, the service was slow, and the employees were rude and unhelpful. My order wasn’t made correctly, and the overall quality was not what I expected.

They were out of Italian bread, we had to pick between flat or wheat bread instead. I couldn’t use the website to order what I wanted because it was priced at $99.99 so we got the rotisserie based sandwiches instead of the grilled chicken. They were a sopping, soaking mess. I toasted mine in the oven when I got home but ended up having to take the rotisserie chicken off the sandwich because it smelled so bad. My husband ate half of his foot long and was up at 1 AM sick all night and had to go into work this morning without any rest and feeling ill. I managed to eat a couple of bites from my sandwich before throwing it away. Food was terrible, we should have gone to Firehouse Subs. The place was a mess needed to be cleaned, everything looked sticky. I’m not sure who the manager was but she’s the only person who works there that fits the bill for what one would expect with customer service. The rest of the staff act like they’d rather be anywhere else and are rude.The manager should find a better place to work at and let this establish go under.

My recent encounter at this Subway location left me utterly disgusted. Despite being a regular, I made a straightforward request to have the meatballs in a separate container and the bread toasted on the side for my meatball sub. The response I received was not only unaccommodating but shockingly hostile.
To make matters worse, the staff insisted I pay for both a protein bowl and the sub to fulfill my simple request. As I waited for my order, the employee took it upon herself to mock me in front of other customers, creating a humiliating experience.
This level of unprofessionalism, combined with the attempt to exploit a simple request for extra charges, is beyond reprehensible. I left with my sub, but it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to an establishment that not only lacks basic customer service but actively seeks to embarrass and take advantage of its patrons. Absolutely disgraceful.

I realize there is a shortage of employees,but other restaurants still seem to hire courteous, polite,smiling faces…Not this subway though! I want in about twenty mins till closing and dealt with the most unprofessional, disrespectful,ignorant young lady I’ve ever met in all my 46 years. She was the only one working til close and she made it known she did not like it at all. She had no knowledge of how to scan a coupon and insist I wait til she called and got her boss. After several attempts she had her on the phone .I had mentioned I needed to go ..I was on a thirty min break . she said “oh well, I want to go too”. Then she went on to throw my coupons at me ,hang the phone up on her boss and continue to disrespect me before storming off into the back of the store. I did not get my entire order only the sandwich that she slung towards me. WOW !!! Everyone is entitled to have a bad day but this was overly dramatic and uncalled for. I’ll take my business someplace else before I ever buy another sandwich from this place!
Tip* if u plan on stopping in don’t forget your umpire mask and catchers glove.
