Delicious! We loved the kimchi broth. Prices are super reasonable for the amount of meat you get per plate.
I also loved being able to see and pick out our veggies, noodles, seafood, and tofu from the fridges. Color coded plates make it easy to know how much you’re spending. Again, generous portions per plate.
Staff was super friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Really great food and good fun for our kids to cook their own hot pot ingredients! The variety of vegetables/dumplings and noodles in the fridge as a diy service was nice.

Had a great experience here. Broth is delicious and there were a great selection of meat, veggie and noodle options. Will definitely be visiting here again!

A super yummy hot pot place! We tried the miso broth and the mushroom broth and both were well loaded with flavorful goodies. I appreciated the clear color coordinated price labeling for the ingredients in the fridges and it’s fun picking them out for yourself directly. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the meal was excellent. All the ingredients, meats, sauces and broths had plenty of varied options. Highly recommend for all your local hot pot cravings 🙂

Basa Filet, taro root stems (which I never had them before) and the vegetable soup base were very good. The staff told me the soup was made from only vegetables, but I forgot to ask if there was any msg. It tasted very good, but I developed a very slight allegorical reaction that didn’t last very long. In hindsight sight, it may be something in the fermented bean curds sauce.
The beef belly and briskets were good and the vegetables weee okay as well. The only item that I didn’t like was the tofu skin as it had a stale taste no matter how long I tried to cook it. There were also no chopped green onions and cilantros for the dipping sauce, which was unusual for a hot pot place. Other than that, the rest were either good or acceptable. I noticed that many other patrons ordered too much and had to get a container or two to take them home. Unfortunately, hot pot left over does not taste good and also it’s not very healthy to eat hot pot overnight. So, remember not to order too much. The service was friendly and attentive. The sitting area was a bit too basic for us, but it was clean.

Hot Pot Heaven is a delightful and spacious restaurant, perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger groups. The ordering process is straightforward: choose your soup base (I went for the miso), select individually priced fixings, and customize your sauce to your liking. My personal selection included udon noodles, a plate of broccoli, brisket, and zucchini – and the result was absolutely delicious! The flavors blended seamlessly, creating a satisfying and enjoyable hot pot experience.

Service was absolutely phenomenal! She (either the owner or manager?) was so so kind and attentive. We had a split pot, and both broths were very good. Unique dynamic where you pick your own veggies from the fridge. A little expensive—AYCE hot pot is sometimes cheaper than this. But the value was worth it. We enjoyed.

It was awesome . It was self serve and you got to choose what you want from the fridge. You got to cook it yourself on a hot pot, here’s a picture of the hot pot at the end.

Better than Shibuya and ichiriki. Quality soup from scratch made to order believe it or not.
Highly convenient when you don’t want to stuff yourself at an AYCE. I’ve came here with friends and by myself. And hits the spot every time. Please keep this family business alive.
