Rude! The pictures looked liked it was going to be great! I love teriyaki food! The salad was very little and frozen burnt looking. The chicken was dry. The pot stickers were good. I came in at 7:30pm, I know they close at 8 so I got it to go to be polite. I asked the lady for more salad and she gave me 2 pieces of not good salad. I did add more sauce to try to fix it. Honest review

1 star is too high! From walking in door the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. 3 out of 4 people ordered food 2 with double meat tab was $80 pricing not listed. Fine, pricey but we can appreciate good quality and hard work in this economy. The food arrived too quick, red flag num 4. Every plate looked sickly, odd colors(slimy and green tint), YET dried up. AND THE MEAT WAS LITERALLY RANCID smells and taste! This was the worst food and service i ever had! We left our $80 unfinished plates. 1 star feels like too much. Avoid at all cost!!!

Worst miso.soup I’ve ever had. Wasn’t feeling good and just wanted something to make me feel better. all my food was cooked on a burnt stove with remaining burnt scrapes. I payed 65$ for nothing.. eveything was greasy, my teens chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way… Def never going back

Let me start by saying that this is the worst place I have ever taken food from, First of all the lady on the counter is rude and very unwelcoming. The food is so basic and they are over charging for the bad food they are serving. Also, let me add that these people are soo greedy that they don’t even offer lunch specials and they are charging for the hot sauce??? 1 dollar extra for takeout??? I mean I guess you are struggling to keep your business alive but this is exactly the reason why you are struggling. Stop overcharging people with your horrible tasting food. For referance 1 Chicken Teriyaki, a side of egg- roll , a fountain drink and 1 extra hot sauce was 25 dollars, are you kidding me? Never coming to this awful place again, even if they offered me to eat for free I will pay them money to not feed me ever again.

The food overall wasn’t too bad. The place is definitely on the pricier side. 3 dollars a soda & 17.49 for a beef and chicken. But cleanliness is not a huge thing there from what I saw. After taking our order and handling cards and cash. She went straight to cooking WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. She also has you use the same pen as everyone without sanitizing it. During a pandemic I feel like that is completely and responsible. It is truly upsetting their lack of cleanliness because the food was actually pretty good but due to health issues I don’t think I will be returning unless some change happens

I’ve had way worse and way better. Lacked flavor and tasted overcooked. The service lacked flavor as well. Barely got an acknowledgment when I went up to order. Not like they were busy. Only one in there.

Have been here before and mostly haven’t had any issues. Came in and ordered chicken and beef and the beef came out looking like ground beef with very small portions of both beef and chicken. Asked if I could get something different as I’ve never seen beef like this at any teriyaki restaurant but the lady at the register just told me that that’s how they’re beef is even though I’ve had it before. Will likely never come back.

The only thing “zen” was after I calmed down from wasting $30 on food we each took a bite of and left. GROSS. My chicken teriyaki consisted of a super thin piece of dried out, overcooked chicken with a bit of store bought sauce drizzled on top. My girlfriend’s tofu teriyaki was chunks of tofu, deep fried in stale oil and drizzled with the same store bought sauce (photos showed tofu with tons of mixed veggies). The “salad” was a few shreds of iceberg lettuce and a some shaved carrots. AVOID THIS PLACE. Look the photos I took of our AWFUL meals.

They’re friendly and the food is not bad in any way.
But you can go to Ninja Bowl on 185th and get just as much food for half the price.

If you want fast food for a good price, this is it! The beef teriyaki was an okay taste, big portion with chopped cabbage and some broccolis. The place is not on a cosy side but for fast dinning.
