Horrible service! Order placed 90 minutes prior to arrival and not ready…told was in process…stood for 15 minutes and watched…was not started…I asked if started because I prepaid and wanted to cancel…was told started…I then watched as manager started the order…found some sort of plastic or hard organic material in steak sandwich and would not eat. Its a shame because the chain is good but stay away from this horrible location. They ignore the phone and lie to customers…a shame because they are close but I will drive to avoid.

Last time ordering Marco’s. Unfortunate because I really like Marco’s so hopefully corporate sees this and pulls their franchise. Maybe I will come back if that happens and they reach out to me. Last few times they forgot sauces I paid for. This time they forgot pepperoni, sauces I paid for and did not make well done. Tried to call and they didn’t seem to care. Can’t lodge a complaint on their website because the site just redirects you to the homepage. Going to dispute the charge on my card.

Severely understaffed and wait times of over an hour for carry-out. Suggestion pay at store so when pizza is not ready you can leave. Terrible franchise.

Decided to order pizza from here for our Christmas Eve dinner, I opted to order online and just go pickup the pizzas I’d ordered. Well the line inside was really long, clearly others had the same idea, one gentleman had been waiting for an hour for his pizza, I sat down and waited to see what happened, the phones were ringing off the hook and the poor girl at the counter was very stressed out, I felt so bad as there were only a couple of other workers there and they were really busy, I think I waited maybe 20 more mins to get my pizzas so not bad, they were really good! I think this is a great change from the regular big pizza places so definitely give them a try!

I ordered a pizza online on 12/22 in the evening. I arrived at the designated time, but it was not ready. They were clearly understaffed and in the weeds. The pizza makers unwavering dedication to being the slowest pizza maker this side of the Mississippi was remarkable. I think the Twilight Zone music started playing at one point. The woman who was probably the shift leader was working so hard to navigate the customers, the oven, the phones, and even shouldering all of this responsibility, she was able to make about five pizza for every 1 the actual pizza maker was making. There was also a delivery driver present with -3 sense of urgency. The woman deserves a raise, a promotion, a day off, and some better staffing. The pizza was 40 minutes late and wildly mediocre. I’ll probably take a break from Marco’s for a while.
