This is the best papa johns in the area. I had vowed to never patronize this business EVER again in life because at one location the customer service is poor and so is the management. I still have my reservations but, if I am going to eat this pizza, it’s going to be ONLY from this location. I had a great experience overall. I ordered online and my order was made promptly. It was very fresh and toppings evenly dispersed (big deal for me). I picked up and the guy was nice and offered me a new sauce to try. EAT here!

This is how our pizza arrived. The replacement pizza was estimated 35 minutes, it’s been an hour. I also requested a DIFFERENT delivery driver and yet again it was the same one. Worst service ever. I know pizza johns would never. Also the ‘manager’ had the worst attitude ever. I could not have been more disappointed.

So apparently, papajohns sources out to doordashers now, which are HORRIBLE at service and verifying orders/names/address etc. Orderd 16 wings, and XL deluxe and received this cold garbage with someones elses name, clearly printed on the box.Thanks for being the second pizza place to ruin game day for me and my family. Hire some drivers.
Follow-up: we waited over 2 hours for our order to be replaced. Instead, the GM went home and never bothered to contact us. Told an employee that if I called to call them back on Wednesday. Guess I’ll eat my dinner 3 days from now?

Ordered bacon cheese sticks and it was delivered with little to no cheese or bacon on it. I sent a picture of the product and the manager still refused to send another one out. Stating it was cheese on it. I will never ordered from that location again, so unprofessional, very disrespectful and rude. I wish I could give them no stars

We ordered for delivery, big mistake!!Took over an hour to get here. Apparently PJs outsources their delivery to DoorDash and the driver brought it to us but didn’t inform us of his/her/whatever’s presence so order was just “left” on our front porch. No knock,no call no nothin,just plopped on a chair,so we finally discovered after we called store they say “oh it was delivered”. Well yeah it was,but our large looked like a deformed Frankenstein pizza when we opened the box,and our xtra large pizza was a large pizza stuffed into an xtra large box,while they still charged for xtra large. The manager was very nonchalant,lazy,& non- professional about rectifying the situation. She deflected all the blame onto DoorDash. We won’t be ordering delivery or anything else from here ever again !!!

Our pizza is hard and cold. This is the worst papa johns pizza we have ever had. There is no sauce. The only option is for the pizza to be returned and replaced. Very unacceptable and an inconvenience. Highly disappointed with the price and quality not being up to par. Please choose another location!!

I placed an online order at 3:30 for pickup at 5pm. I entered the store and wasn’t acknowledged. Another customer said that Ms Law wasn’t talking to her as well. I had to yell to get Ms. Law the GM to assist me. My pizza wasn’t ready as a matter of fact it wasn’t even started. The other customer was having the same problem. Ms Law, the General Manager, was the only employee in the store. She couldn’t keep up, orders were piling in and customers were entering. When I asked her where the help was she said ‘your’re not getting your pizza’ and told me to leave the store before offering a refund.
In the meantime my 83 year old mother was waiting for me to return with dinner.
Meanwhile, another customer entered the store and Ms Law said to me that the new customer had patience. Of course she did. She wasn’t waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that should’ve been ready. I was humiliated.
My encounter with Ms Law had racial undertones.
I left with my refund and no pizza. I won’t be going back unless Ms. Law is removed from that location.

The food is really hit or miss. As for the management it is horrible! As for the lady, that is always in there whom I believe to be the GM is just a completely miserable being.. ninety nine percent of the time she is there by herself. She or no one for the matter can simply not keep up as it is not humanly possible for one person.. realized why my elder mother can never call in place an order because the phone is always off the hook laying on the counter! That being said order from another competitor because apparently this location and lady is a known problem, and corporate does not care, obviously.
