I’ve never had an issue with Domino’s. Maybe some delivery issues here and there. But every time I get something from Domino’s it’s always been great. The pizza’s always great. It’s hot and the service has always been good. Would definitely recommend! Sometimes though, it does take a while to get your pizza when you pick it up or get it delivered as well.

UPDATE: They emailed me and made it right via coupon, so I am changing my rating. The new rating reflects a better quality pizza. The difference was day and night. I’m glad that my initial experience is not the standard for Dominos and will continue to include them in my rotation.
Pizza was very overcooked, not fresh, dry, tough and not very tasty. I threw it out. Decided that I’m not going to spend on Dominoes anymore. It’s very poor quality. The only good thing about this experience was the delivery driver being highly communicative.

Went on Halloween to pick up an online order. They were packed. Waited in line for about 30 minutes and got to the front only to hear that they “were just now making orders they received two hours ago”. This was yelled at the line of people by the manager as she was behind the line trying to make dough. I understood and didn’t make a fuss and requested a refund. Her response, yelling “him getting his refund won’t help us out right now”. Its been 6 days and still no refund. I’ve called twice this past week and all I get is “the manager isn’t here right now, call back another time before 10am”.
Funny thing, ordered pizza hut DELIVERY and got it in 35 minutes that same evening. Shout out to the 6415 San Felipe location.
Avoid this dominos location if it can be helped. Hopefully will get my refund eventually.

Ordered Dominos through the Uber eats app. Dominos does their own delivery, so they can’t blame an Uber driver for their own incompetence. It was an hour late (2 total hours of waiting). Gave me cold and dry breadsticks (without any sauce) instead of what I ordered, which was cinnamon twists with icing. The pizza was, of course, super cold and soggy. Bad experience all around.

I ordered my pizza @9:20, it just got here and you can tell the pizza sat in that heated bag that they have for a long time because the cheese is settled. I’m rubbing my finger across it and it’s not even moving. The food is good and I’m sure it’ll taste fine when it’s reheated, but the delivery service at this location is absolutely terrible. I will not be tipping any delivery drivers from this location because clearly they can’t get to me in a timely fashion, even though I live literally 0.1 miles away

We like Domino’s Pizza, but had an extremely disappointing and depressing experience with delivery from this store on Father’s Day evening.
Delivery instructions were not followed, which resulted in a cold pizza at the door. After calling the store and sitting endlessly on hold waiting for a manager for over 17 min listening to people in the store, I had to call back angry to actually talk to the manager. After hearing my frustration with cold pizza and being forgotten on hold, he said he’d talk to the delivery driver… that’s it. After asking about waiting on hold for 17 min, he declined being accountable and said he was busy…
At that point I got really frustrated and said that’s it? Then someone else picked up the phone and said the manager was doing something else and left the phone. At that point I just hung up and went to eat the reheated cold pizza and realized there was a hole in it where there wasn’t enough dough in the middle.
What a horrible, disappointing, and unimpressive experience. Whoever owns this store needs to know his manager is clueless about customer service and needs serious training.

This is my favorite pizzeria and since I discovered this one in particular I don’t allow myself to visit another Domino’s, the customer service is fast and excellent, the girl on the weekend shift is very kind and fast for service but my 5 stars I give to Darnell, he served the customer 5 stars, patient and always giving new offers that I can enjoy, it’s very good to see him work as a team and my order always comes out on time, his service always makes me come back and the cleanliness of the place is undoubtedly the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service

Hate to write this review, but after so many issues at this location I must warn others to just go to a different Domino’s location or different pizza chain all together. I don’t pretend to understand the complexities of putting toppings on a pizza but after frequenting this location multiple times and having toppings left off of my pizzas multiple times, I feel it is being done intentionally now. When you walk through the door you can also feel the tension in the air as if they are mad you even showed up. I was kind of relieved today when i did not see the lady that usually works there as she is not a nice person at all to deal with. Nope, same result. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I will be from now on.
