I really enjoyed their BBQ brisket sandwich, they don’t have French fries only cheese fries and I didn’t really care for those. The atmosphere was really loud and it was very busy! My order was to go. Long lines to place your order, kindly of like cafeteria style.

Awesome bbq trailer I found while walking around pagosa springs Colorado. Brisket sandwich plate was delicious and no sauce needed on the sandwich. My dog even got a bone to chew on. Will try the ribs next time.

Incredible! Bowl of macaroni & cheese, plus beans, with Brisket for $10. It was filling and exceptionally delicious! Sampled a rib that was also the best! Might have to visit again on the drive back. Seriously! This BBQ touched my soul.

Great BBQ and sides! The rib glaze and rub complimented the meat perfectly without overwhelming it. Brisket had just the right amount of smoke and great beefy flavor. Honestly the best BBQ I have found in Colorado. Very welcoming and friendly too!!

I have been craving brisket for a couple of weeks and realized this food truck was downtown today. I had the mac n’ cheese brisket with extra serving of brisket and it will certainly feed me for two meals.
