Placed an online order for myself and some friends. We ordered three ice creams, some waffle cones and another cold stone item. Picked up the order went home and was missing one of the ice creams and one of them was made incorrectly. Called the store to get them remade to pick them up and was told that we didn’t order it that way. I looked up the transaction online and I definitely ordered it the way I described. There was even a receipt with the correct order stapled to the pick up bag that had writing from one of the employees on it checking off the items, even the items that weren’t in the bag. Really unfortunate to have an employee telling you “you’re wrong” instead of trying to solve the problem. I understand mistakes get made, I have worked in the service industry, since I was 14 and have never thought to treat a costumer that way. There a massive lack of accountability and problem solving.

So tasty with so many flavors! I personally like the Oreo Overload (creamy sweet ice cream, extra oreo cookies, chocolate chips and fudge) but many of the pre designed mixes are delicious. The ice cream is good on hot days but since everything is hand mixed, prepare a little extra time. I usually park in Bestbuy’s parking lot to make it easier to leave. Don’t forget, ice cream is only the beginning, they have cups, waffle cones, chocolate dipped waffle cones and waffle bowls and chocolate dipped waffle bowls. If you’re looking for full flavor and AC, this is a place for you.

I came to get the dont cry over spilled milk. Got to have it ice cream. But when I received it. I asked for a lid and it was messy at the bottom, so I asked them to clean it up. And they picked up the container like messy wear and I’m like it’s at the bottom. It’s all over the counter. Then slid me the lid. Did not want to clean up the leaking ice cream which was vanilla. I ordered the chocolate. Dont Cry over spilled milk ice cream. So Im seeing them with an attitude towards my order, and I decided to walk out due to rude services?

I felt extremely rushed and couldn’t even get out my full order before they rushed off to make it. I understand being busy but customer service is important and i only had maybe 4 people behind me. I couldn’t even say i wanted extra toppings. On top of that i got a “Gotta have it” and the amount of toppings i got was def for a “like it.” Tiny plastic scoop of peanut butter scraped from the bottom of the container and ONE little peanut butter cup. Only thing i could taste was chocolate ice cream. Train your employees better.

Ordered a birthday cake from cold stone here in bismarck hoping for one of their online designs but they didn’t have it available. However their cake designer (can’t remember her name) said she could make something Star Wars themed. I trusted her to make the cake as best she could in the Star Wars theme and she delivered! The cake was so well done and exactly what we had discussed. I was so impressed with this cold stone and them going out of the way to help me and provide excellent customer service. Also their cake designer has some skills!
