I stopped by Sunday afternoon (8/23 approx 3P) to place an order through drive through. I ordered a Cereal Milk Latte, a PSL (or whatever Dunkin’s version of such is) & a ham/cheese croissant. After paying, & waiting for a significant amount of time, the gentleman opened the window to share they were out of Cereal Milk creamer (or something of the like) & asked what I wanted to do. I opted for a refund but was kind of shocked that there was no apology or fake extension of one- a few minutes pass and I’m given my PSL, a refund receipt & a reprinted original receipt. window closed and I figured I was waiting for them to heat up the ham & cheese. While waiting, I noticed I wasn’t charged for a Ham & Cheese croissant. I wait for the gentleman to come back to the window again bc I realize the error. I share with him that I wasn’t charged for an item we ordered and he closes the window, speaks to someone behind the kitchen, comes back with the driest response of, “We don’t have ham”. I’m like (???) “It’s on your menu & a premade item, what do you mean you don’t have ham?” He stared at me blankly, shut the window and went to go speak to someone again. I drove off after this interaction because I could see customer service was not a high priority for the crew working. I get shortages- being out of one or two item(s), fine. But to be out of a portion of an item that is premade? Y’all are a joke. They were clearly there to collect their paycheck and go.
The lack of sympathy, apology or even care- I will not frequent this location again.

This wasn’t always the case for this particular store, but I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru today. To the gentleman who Was working at the window, thank you for your bright smile and cheery attitude! I hope that the employee I encountered today is there every time! So friendly! And made my drink very well! I hate that Dunkin will often short you a bunch of drink if you ask for less ice, but in the colder climates like this store is located in less ice is necessary, and I don’t want to have a half full cup… The person who made it did not short me and I very much appreciated it!!! Good work Dunkin Apple Valley! One other thing to note is that the drive-thru is moving very quickly this morning, I haven’t been here in a very long time but I remember it was not that quick before. Very pleased with the speed, accuracy, and friendliness at this location!

We drove through the drive through right at 8pm, unaware they were closing up shop. The staff (Yoel and Shawn) were so friendly and patient and still took our orders! I know when we have been in similar situations at other places – no way they would have let us order. They were just so friendly – I had to write a review because sadly it’s less and less common to get good customer service with a smile – refreshing!

Sadly, all I can tell you about this place is that they have forty five varieties of donuts, but yet yet from the drive through, they can only name five of them. And from the drive through, there are zero pictures of the donuts of the forty five varieties of donuts that you can buy. This place is horrible. The donuts are horrible. The employees are horrible. None of them care about donuts. If you’re looking for donut people, if you’re looking for people that love donuts like donuts want to sell donuts know about donuts.Go to donut star. There’s a bunch of them, and actually there’s one not too far down the road from this particular dunkin’ donuts. Don’t waste your time at this dunkin’ Donuts it’s just garbage garbage garbage garbage and they Don’t care about donuts. Umm DONUTSTAR is the way to go. That’s Donutstar, go there instead! You’re going to get squared away. They’re very family friendly there By the way. But this dunkin’ donuts they’re not family friendly, They’re not people without familys friendly, They’re just straight up completely UNFRIENDLY. Put them on your never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never bucket list.
This picture is actually a picture of a different dunkin’ donuts. The one by our house, you know, is is exactly the same, except they don’t have that sign up, that says that If you want to get a dozen donuts, they’re going to pick them themselves. Which is arguably even more horrible them picking donuts for you because they’re too lazy, or they just refused to put a display up with the donuts for the drive through. So you don’t, you don’t actually get a choice. They just pick what they want You to get.
But like I said, that’s not the one that’s at our house. The one around our house just is exactly the same as this, except without that little sign, saying that we’re gonna pick pick the donuts for you, which is probably where ours is going next. They’re probably going to that next. Where they’ll say yeah, you know what? We’re going to not only not tell you what donuts we have, We’ll also if you want a dozen, we’ll pick them for you so you don’t get to choose any of their forty five varieties of donuts by yourself. They just pick what they have available and toss them in a bag for you. Absolutely horrible.

Just ordered the new holiday oat milk drinks and we were given drinks with milk in them. The drinks we ordered have “oat milk” in the name so we assumed they would come with oat milk. Had to go inside to ask them to remake the drinks and the person inside started to argue about not having ordered the drinks with oat milk even though the app says they are made with it and it’s in the title. Turns out they don’t have oat milk, so they had to be made with almond milk. When the person was letting the other workers know about the drinks, he told them to just use almond milk if anyone else orders the drinks. That is not safe as people have various nut allergies and that can seriously harm someone without their knowledge of it happening. He seems to be a manager, but should not be in food service the way he acts with dietary restrictions.

Dear Dunkin’ Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ and especially enjoy your caramel mocha frozen coffee—it’s my go-to order.
On August 9th, I visited your Apple Valley location and ordered my usual. After driving off, I noticed the drink tasted different. Upon checking the receipt, I saw it was listed as a caramel vanilla frozen coffee instead. Since I’m not a fan of vanilla, I returned to the store to request the correct drink.
When I explained the situation to the staff member, he informed me that caramel mocha isn’t on the menu and that it had to be specially made. I acknowledged that and reiterated that I had ordered caramel mocha and would appreciate having it remade.
Initially, he offered to simply add caramel to the existing drink, which surprised me. I politely asked for a new drink to be made. While he did remake it, his demeanor and body language suggested frustration, which left me feeling a bit uncomfortable.
I understand mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the drink was eventually corrected. I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes of improving the customer experience for others in the future.
Thank you for your time and for continuing to serve great coffee.

We went through the drive thru. We didn’t even complete our order and they told us to pull forward. The person didn’t seem to care and didn’t know how to explain the refresher needed to know if it was caffeine free since my kid wanted one

. February 2025, went to Apple Valley location. The first time I went it was when they opened. I was in drive-thru was not impressed and did not order anything and never went back. Received a $25 gift card from a distant cousin recently. So I thought I would give it a try again. Signed up and went in with a new account too receive points. . Ordered my food. System so outdated they had to punch in gift card by hand it was frustrating to watch. told the employee this place is outdated. Tried dunking meal. Hash browns were terrible. The sandwich I could not eat – The croissant was buttery icky tasting. Ate the sausage and egg. Now I’ll try a donut. Was not impressed not a lot of flavor. I had $15 left on gift card. At this point I was frustrated and do not want to go back. There was a father there with his son on a son Father Day. So before I left I told him it is your lucky day and gave him my gift card. I do not plan to go back . I can get food elsewhere with better taste feels better quality. This place may be fine for some in a hurry and in the neighborhood but not for me. It’s too frustrating. Do not want to start my day like that. Have a blessed day.

As a Chicagoan, it hurts my soul to leave a negative review of Dunkin’ Donuts. My hope is that the owners read these negative reviews and improve service at this location, restoring Dunkin’ Donuts to a respite of joy and comfort in Apple Valley.
I truly don’t understand why the service is so slow and unreliable at this location. I always order the most simple of things. I get a coffee with cream. Somehow, this is both slowly served and incorrect. How long does it take to get a brewed coffee and a donut? Apparently 5 – 10 minutes at this location. How badly can this order be messed up? Only God knows. Ordering here is like pulling a slot machine. You put in some money, but you truly have no idea what you will receive. Occasionally, you hit the jackpot and get what you ordered. Maybe they can just make it self-serve, and then I would actually get what I ask for.

Service is rude. I asked for a minute to look into the menu and later he goes like “ehhh?” I was like wth dude and after ordering my 3 toasts in like 30 secs. He goes like “Too much”. I even had worst services in the past as the order came in nearly after 45 mins.
It’s not even a proper toast, it’s saggy and doesn’t taste good 🙁
