We decided to make DtHoF our new restaurant to try this week.

How disappointing after focusing on the positive reviews.

We were 1 of 3 tables, but service was still slow and lacking. The two tables before us finished and we still didn’t have much of any service.

I ordered the Buffalo Tenders and my husband ordered the Bourbon Swiss Burger.

He says his burger was ‘chewy’.

Fries were great and the sauce was as well!

The buffalo sauce… is not preferred by me personally. The chicken was a little tougher. Drinks tasted a little watered down but that wasn’t a biggie.

Worth a try for your own opinion.

Walked in at 6 pm. Music so LOUD neither my husband or I could understand a word she said until it stopped. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned off. Better hamburgers at Might fine but we wanted a beer. ( forgot they have bottles at mighty fine).Rap and heavy metal played for another 15 mins. We didnt like that music 50 yrs ago. Got togo boxes. Next time we will go elsewhere.

The burgers looked really good but I was in the mood for something lighter so I had a salad with chicken. It was very tasty and the house made ranch was excellent. Great place to watch a game or shoot some pool.

The downtown Hall of Fame was a comfortable environment in our local area where we felt welcome at any time. My wife and I almost made this our second home and the live concerts are always amazing. The food is extremely fresh and I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere different or somewhere comfortable and safe.

I don’t know if today (Sunday) was an off day or what when it comes to service but it wasn’t there best day. I arrived with my family (5 total) at 12pm. When we arrived there there two ladies at the bar and no one else. They were not busy at all. Even then, it took at total of 43 minutes to get our drinks and food. What made it worse was that two men arrived 10 minutes after we did. They got their drinks and food before we did. They were half way through their meal before we got ours. No other people came to the restaurant. So, it wasn’t busy. I have had quicker service at Chili’s in a busy night than at Hall of Fame during lunch.

I searched Google Maps for a great burger in Hutto, Texas. Google shared The Downtown Hall of Fame. For privacy, I didn’t take more inside photographs. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese burger with no onions. It came with an order of fries. The burger smelled delicious, I took a bite before I remembered to photograph the plate. The hand cut French fries were tossed in a tasty spice for $15.75. They have plenty of appetizers to choose from. I would have liked an appetite sampler. I didn’t ask if they had one or would make one.
It was mid afternoon before the evening patrons arrived. The service was excellent. I recommend this place. Be prepared to hunt for a close parking spot.

I will start with I normally like to shop and spend locally always, but I will not come back to this place, this time I was looking for a place close by my house with pool tables and found out that 10 minutes away from my place was The hall of Fame Hutto, and I got excited about it, but just to find out that this place is just not a place you want to go every weekend with friends or family. Service was really slow and sometimes I had to go to the bar and get my own drinks. Pool tables are from ice age. Will not go back or recommend it to anyone.

Custoner setvice was horrendous this Saturday. My husband order a burger well done with onion rings. When his order came to the table he started to eat only to find raw meat in the center. He asked the waiter to please fully cook the burger because he doesn’t eat raw meat. The waiter immediately got an attitude with him. When they brought the new freshly cooked burger there were only 2 onion rings on his plate. He asked where were his onion rings and the waiter told him that he only had 2 on his plate when he sent it back so that him and his manager would only give him 2. My husband told him that he had only eaten 2 before he realized his burger was not well done. The waiter continued to be rude and refused to bring my husband a new order of onion rings. By this point my husband told him he did not want the burger or anything because he could not trust what they had not done to his meal based on his attitude and poor customer service. He told them that he is a normal customer who has come here before but he will never be back. What is sad is that the customers at the bar even told the waiter to give him his full meal again and asked why they were being like that with him. Of course my husband is a black man and the manager and waiter were white… did that have something to do with it… the vibes felt that way, but either way it was poor customer service and we don’t recommend anyone going here and we recommend that this manager and waiter get trained on customer service. This happened on Saturday Nov 1st 2025 around 4-5pm. Beware.

Okay sorry, but the worst dinning experience I have had in a long time. We got here and we were told to have a seat, but then had to wait almost 30 min just to order and then about 15 min to get our drinks. We got chips and queso for an appetizer (another 20 min later). Unfortunately the chips were stale, but the cheese was good. Our experience never got any better. The table that came in a good 15 min after us, ate and left before our food arrived. In my opinion, my hamburger was just ok and for a $14.50 burger, I would expect more. My wife said her CFS sandwich was pretty good. All in all for 2 Entrees an appetizer, 2 beers and 2 Teas, the cost of $50 was just not worth it.

It was a dead Sunday night and I ordered some beers, which didn’t come out necessarily cold. My friend ordered 2 different mixed drinks and she said they were horrible. The food itself was good, as long as it was fried. Service wasn’t remarkable and it really should’ve been for all 4btavles in the entire place. Atmosphere was very bar like, so may not be good for kids on weekends or holidays.
