This is what you get for a sandwich! They wouldn’t heat it up, but my co-worker was able to get his sandwich heated. They said my sandwich was an original sandwich. Yea… stupid. Original means no meat and a flat sandwich, I guess? Paid too much for this tiny nothing sandwich. Ridiculous! Not even a decent sandwich.

I do not recommend this place. Go to Publix and get one there. Better price too.

Wish I could give it lower. Ordered food and waited over an hour for delivery. Once order was delivered I went to take a bite…and there was a long black hair in my food. I called the store to see if I could get a new one remade, however, Stephanie (claims to be manager) argued with me stating no one working that night had hair. After I let her know it clearly came from the store, she argued more and said there was nothing more she could do but make a new one. At that point, who wants anyone that hostile touching your food. She also said we could take it up with Clay, the actual manager, in the morning. So that is what we did.

Clay was no better. We even saved the sandwich and brought it in to show him the hair..since apparently no one in store has any. He argued even more and said this wasn’t their fault. At the end of a completely mind numbing exchange, he said he would refund the order. It’s been several days and that still has not occurred, so they will just lie to get you out of there, not solve your issues, and argue with you after you spend your money.

Highly recommend just going to Publix for a sub.

I did love this place until today. Usually their food and service is the Best in the business. But today we had a company lunch order. So I ordered a Sliced wheat turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato w/ only Avocado Spread. What I rec’d was a White Sub Roll Turkey Sandwich with Mayo and No lettuce 🙁

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Jimmy John’s due to the owner/manager, Clay Gillam, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

A friend came specifically to spend money at this location. I had a free sandwich card to use for them, that I gave to her after speaking to an employee who said they will honor it and instead of calmly explaining any policy, Clay immediately took a hostile tone and refused to honor it, saying it wasn’t from his store. When I asked, “So you can’t honor it, or you won’t?” his response was, “Both. I can’t and I won’t.”

When I asked for his name, he laughed and said, “You bet,” in a mocking way. The entire interaction felt dismissive, condescending, and unnecessary. He talked down to me, showed zero interest in helping, and made it very clear that customer service was not a priority.

Even if there are policies in place, there is absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers this way. My friend came in to spend money and left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

I will not be returning to this location and would strongly caution others if this is how management treats customers. If you even look like you don’t have money he will treat you like this too.

I have never had a sub from Jimmy John’s, no locations near my house. Stopped by at lunchtime, they were very busy – especially the drive thru. I went inside so I could study the menu choices. They have many different sandwich size choices, I always go with a small lunch so I chose the “Lil John” Tuna. It was plenty big, perfect size for me, and good value for today. All ingredients were very good, the bread, tuna and veggies- very fresh taste. Good bread, not like that other Sub place with the weird bread – you know who /;
I did not get cheese – they only have Provolone!!! Literally the most tasteless waste of calories cheese there is! (unless ripe and aged of course) at least have Swiss and American please. I had to ask for S&P, they do not put it on the sub. Service was fast but not super friendly, just blah – maybe too busy for that. I would definitely come back and try a different sandwich, Yum!

The service was good, but the A/C was broken so it was very very hot inside. I’ve been to this location multiple times in the last month and it’s been broken for a while… does the owner not care about the experience of the customer? I wanted to eat inside, but I had to take my food to go because it was unbearable.
