Holy yum!! The menu season was changing so half the seafood wasn’t available but what we ended up getting was great! Outside was perfect weather to sip and chat. Espresso Martinis were good if you like sweet! Just ask for it less so if not, they did a great job adjusting. I think they have bottomless mimosas too

Walked in with a party of 9 after a trip to Riverside National Cemetery. Not sure if the dark-haired bartender was taken aback by the size of our group arriving at a late lunch time or she was just unfriendly; but, she just looked at us and looked away, never greeting us or even mustering up a friendly glance our way. We stood near the front door awkwardly until we were greeted by a different employee, then seated. The food was good, very tasty. The menu had so many yummy choices. Only issue was that everyone got their food except for the one kid we had in our group. And, he waited, watching everyone with food in front of them, for a good 10-15 minutes longer… for a simple burger.
I might try the place again. Maybe this was just one of those days for the restaurant. I’ll update when we try it again, but here’s some pics of what we ordered….

My pic for this month is the tequila shrimp! Generous portion! Just make sure you stir occasionally because all that delicious sauce tends to sink to the bottom. Enjoy everybody. This one is a winner.

The food was fantastic! We went for lunch during the week and the service was terrible. We were greeted warmly by the host. Unfortunately, that was it for the service. We waited for a server that never came so I had to get up and ask for one. After eating a delicious meal we again waited for our server that never came. So we asked the host if we could pay and she got our server and finally we were able to pay. Did I mention the food was fantastic. The food was so good I’m willing to give the place another shot.

Indoor and outdoor seating is great. Comfortable and shaded outside. Heat lamps or fans depending on the weather. The food was wonderful. Best cheese curds ever! Our Waygu burger was juicy and wonderful- melt in your mouth and beautiful texture.
Butter cake topped our meal off and was perfectly sweet and delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

We don’t go here as often as we would like. This is a very great hidden gem in Riverside. The chefs in the kitchen are cooking up a storm. All of the food items we have had are great. Really good deal for the surf and turf. Excellent drinks and beers also, great lively crowd. Very fun to be there, live music Sometimes, maybe on the weekends, not sure.

Unfortunately I waited about 20-30 min to be asked if I wanted to order. While those around me got seated and served! Perhaps it’s the way I was dressed, my hair was out of place? or I just wasn’t the right shade. I waited patiently for my turn. Even though I got there before those that got served before me. When it was my turn finally my turn, I did get what I asked for. It was really good! But I was half way through my soup when I got a napkin and additional utensils. That I was waiting to make eye contact to flag her down. Unfortunately perhaps I may not be their ideal clientele. It sad that I have to feel a burden in an establishment I chose to patronize. Clearly wearing your national colors won’t get you service even though Identified with the music going on in the kitchen. Perhaps I should have asked for the table inside the the kitchen. I paid . I tipped. And unfortunately lesson learned.

Very welcoming place. Great environment. Clean inside and out. Very attentive and friendly staff. We ordered the Roland’s lobster and bacon wrapped dates. Food was delicious!! Also, we mentioned our birthdays to our server, Gage, and he went above and beyond and mustered up the crew to sing Happy Birthday to us! Bonus was the live band playing in the patio. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Will definitely be returning!
