Today was a bit of a rollercoaster, but Papa John’s & the kind staff at this location truly turned my day around! After a hectic car accident and a whirlwind of errands, I completely forgot to pick up my pizza. When I called, the staff was incredibly understanding and kind. They not only made sure I could still pick it up, but they also made my pizza absolutely delicious. I tried their new pan pizza, and it was crispy, cheesy, and brought back all those classic pepperoni pizza vibes. It stayed hot and fresh, and honestly, it was a little piece of comfort on a challenging day. Highly recommend this place for both their yummy pizza and their outstanding customer service! Thank you!

The last 3 times ive ordered from this store the pizza was not cooked thoroughly. I even ask it to be well done. The cheese isn’t even melted. If you order from this location tip after you get your food and check it.

Ordered 4 XL pizza for pickup. It took 35 minutes to be ready. It was burnt on the bottom. It looked, smelled, and tasted burnt, but the cheese wasn’t fully melted. I ordered for my kids a hawaiian pizza w/ ham, pinapple, & bacon and received a sausage, pepperoni, & ham. They can’t eat it so I have to eat it day by day. Called the store then put me in hold then hang up the phone twice. Terrible and i won’t be back again.

Trust the rest of the reviews. I didn’t and this was the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever had. Literally a pizza made in a rush. No rise on the crust so the whole thing was flat but thicker than a thin crust.

Cheap place without standards. Save your money and take it anywhere else. All American can make a better pizza and it’s so much cheaper.
