Wow! Did you know Salad Works does way more than salads? Neither did I. Today, we had an office lunch and Michael (office manager) was stellar. As the store manager he has a servant/leader’s heart. He went the extra mile to make sure we had everything the way we ordered. The food arrived on time. We ordered soups/sandwiches/dessert tray and you could taste, all of it was made fresh. It was just scrumptious. I am pleasantly surprised because I was skeptical to order these items from a place whose primary menu option is salad but they did not disappoint.

I ordered through Grubhub and got delivery promptly. I had ordered a salad and a brownie, but they had forgotten the brownie. I also noticed that there wasn’t chicken on my salad—I checked my order and realized that instead of ordering extra chicken, I had omitted it from the salad. Completely my mistake. I did call about the brownie—the manager, Mike, immediately took responsibility for the missing brownie. Within 15 minutes, Mike arrived at my work with not only a brownie but a new salad with double chicken. This is amazing service!! And certainly above and beyond my expectations. I understand from other reviews that Mike is the new manager—IMHO he is doing a great job!

Thanks to SaladWorks for making it so easy to keep a healthy lifestyle! The location on Street Road in Warminster is of particularly high quality. We visit it at least twice a week. They have lots of fully stocked bins with many healthy choices, and each one is always very fresh. You can see that they take great pride in their product. We happened to run into the GM the last time we were there, and he was proud to show us a freshly roasted pan of broccoli. When Aidan H is there he always welcomes us and bends over backwards to give good customer service. Keep up the good work!

There is a noticeable change at this location! Staff have always been very welcoming, and Josh has great patience with my young son ordering, lol! They give you a large platter (worth the money) and the food does seem significantly fresher! I also recently met and had a nice conversation with Mike, very welcoming – you can tell he cares about the place and its customers!

I stopped by the restaurant yesterday. The store was busy and the staff were so efficient in keeping the line moving. Customer service was amazing. The food was delicious. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. My wife just loved the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. I highly recommend this location.
