DELICIOUS! Wow! This is the 4th day my family and I have been here for and this has been the best food we’ve had.
This croissant sandwich is by far the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The croissant is so buttery and flakey. My Dad ordered the grits and said itbwas the best grits he ever had. My boyfriend got the steak breakfast wrap at the recommendation of the waitress and it was amazing.
The waitress was super friendly!
Everything looked really good. We would probably go back and second time if we were here longer. The Natalie’s Orange Juice for as simple as it was was good too!
Definitely a must visit!

My brunch experience at TLB was fantastic from first chirp to final peck! The service was friendly and did a wonderful job of answering any and all questions from this Epicurious consumer. The food was wonderful, and I also loved the premade take home meal options, as well as locally sourced meat available for purchase. As far as menu options, this brunch is worth waking up early. Please make sure you don’t sleep on the hot honey chicken biscuit; the fried chicken was seasoned wonderfully and as juicy as could be, with a hint of sweet and spicy from the honey, wrapped cozily in a homemade biscuit! The eggs, breakfast potatoes, and Country Fried Steak with sausage gravy were all impeccable! Gold star for the atmosphere, complete with nest like seating! Will certainly return and recommend. Great place!

We really enjoyed breakfast at this cute place. We had the Birdie Breakfast and the Brekko Sando with coffee. The eggs and bacon were made perfectly to order (eggs fried medium & bacon crispy), the cheese grits were creamy and tasty, and the multi-grain toast was delicious. While the coffee was good, it was diner-style coffee served from a carafe that sits on a hot plate, making this an opportunity for improvement. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. We will likely return, and I’d recommend it to those interested in a hearty, delicious breakfast as long as they don’t require a specialty coffee.

Pros:
Food was delicious! I was nervous but it didn’t disappoint. We both had grit bowls and warmed croissants. The grit bowl had eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, chives, and cheese. The grits were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I didn’t have to add any S&P.
We also purchased pecan shortbread cookies… I’ll be back to rate those once I open the box.
Cons:
Took a little longer than expected before a waitress came over but good service when she did.
Parking!!!!!!! Very difficult to find a spot on the lot.

I recently had brunch at their place and tried their avocado toast. It was absolutely delicious! Their service was incredibly fast and friendly. I think they could really improve their beverage options to make it perfect.

Incredible little place that’s great for lunch or to-gos. I had the Asian Salad with Chicken. The sesame ginger dressing was outstanding and loaded with fresh greens and goodies. Great casual atmosphere

This is a fantastic spot, we finally tried it on a Sunday. The food tasted very fresh. My salad with goat cheese and candied pecans was great with the fresh grilled chicken added, and my wife loved her biscuits and gravy. Their muffin I had was very light. The service was great too, we’ll definitely be coming back as locals.
