Terrible customer service walked in to try and to take out because for some reason the app wasn’t letting me order from this specific location. It was 30 minutes after opening and had 2 different workers look me in the the eye and besides that not even acknowledge me. Say in front of the register for 5 minutes and still 2 worker 5 feet from me ignoring me. Not even a “hello give us a minute we are super busy” or a “be with you in a couple minutes” I would have been happy to wait 10 minutes if they asked but eventually a worker seemed to take a break and just walked past me gave me almost a scowl and sat down at the tables. Don’t come here.

The manager Thomas and staff are going to make someone sick. Worst service wait over 45 mins for dinner order and when I spoke up the brought our food to the back before giving it to us. I have made a complaint to corporate because the manager took our food to the back room before giving it to us and hung up on us after we complained and call him out. He did nothing to fix the situation and made it worst. Spots on the chicken looks like they were spit on, wet and not crispy

Last night, my kiddos wanted to try the new wings from Popeyes They were so disgusting. We ordered the garlic parmesan and their signature hot wings. The sauce tasted like they added dirt to it. I guess the were trying to do dry rub. You could just feel the season on your fingers. Maybe they should just stick to frying regular chicken. Let Wingstop show you how wings are supposed to taste.

I was full before I pulled off- the customer service was bomb. They were stressed for help inside, with a drive thru line wrapped around. The customer service was so good.

I have been to this Popeyes a hand full of times and I will always choose this store over the bear valley one. The various times I have been here I have done via drive thru. They are very polite and never had a problem with my order. Even when I have to wait to get food that is still being made it doesn’t take as long as expected. The parking lot is small but because the gas station isn’t as busy when I go it’s easy to find parking. We get half regular and spicy family meal with mashed potatoes and I Love the Cajun fries here and with the hot weather rolling in I take my kids to get their frozen regular lemonade
