I don’t know what happened to businesses when they opened up in Ft. Pierce, FL. I went into the restroom to wash my hands before I get some hot food to eat, and there is no soap at all. Went into the store to find the sanitizer, but it was also empty. Any place that sells hot food or jas a restroom, should have soap. I wonder if the employees have soap and dish detergent in the kitchen.

Went in for a quick bite after running errands and it did what I needed it to do. The place was fairly clean and the line moved at a decent pace, even with a few people ahead of me. I ordered a combo and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were crispy enough and not overly salty, burger was put together better than expected.

Since we have had good experiences at other WAWAs in other cities, then we expected to experience the same here. We had reached the halfway point from Orlando to Miami and got hungry. It was late at night. We knew that they would be open.
We ordered our favorite Turkey and bacon toasted sandwiches as we always do but these weren’t as good as the others that we have had. Things happen and we can overlook something like that.
But the next thing to happen was unforgivable in my book. The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper!! I went to ask the guy at the counter for TP and he said he didn’t have any extra but that I should go over to the coffee stand and grab some napkins there. I went over there but there were no napkins of any kind there. I went back to the employee but he said they must be out of TP. He didn’t even check the men’s bathroom for extra. You think he would have checked stock items when he started his shift and ordered some. Luckily, my daughter had extra tissues and napkins in her handbag to save the day for both of us. Future visitors to the bathroom would be in trouble.
I would not stop in here again in the future.

I stopped at this location to charge my Tesla and decided to walk in to get myself something to eat. I chose their Honey Hot crispy chicken sandwich with a side of fries. The bun was cold, the chicken was hard and just felt weird biting into it. The fries were soggy and not cooked all the way through. I really hate to leave bad reviews but I strongly feel it’s the only way to help improve service to keep customers loyal and happy.

We recently placed an order this morning for a hot chicken Ceasor wrap with grated parmesan, tomato, shredded lettuce, cut in half, but instead received a ham hoagie with mayonnaise, jalapeños, and lettuce. Unfortunately, we don’t eat pork and didn’t realize the mistake until we had already left for work and in Vero Beach, so we were unable to return or exchange the order.
We were really looking forward to our meal, and it was disappointing to receive something different from what we ordered. Could you please assist ?

This location started to improve but is fallen by the wayside again.
Coffee bar still a mess especially on weekends. Will not clean it up just put a wet sign out. Food burnt. Electric cars blocking parking spots at the rear of the store. Bathroom has mold and not being properly cleaned.
Some of the staff are friendly and are willing to help but, get frustrated because their needs and comments go unanswered. Others are just plain lazy and worried about their cell phone.
Starting to rethink eating anything from this establishment because of the cleanliness…

The ladies bathroom was clean and stocked. Cashier was very friendly wearing a big smile with a great attitude. That alone would bring me back to this location. I didn’t get his name however I came in on 11/21 in the morning around 10:00 am.
