Made me wait in the first window until my order was ready to pick up at the second window. Then I have missing items from my order. Then i still have to move out forward so the timer of their order isn’t long. And the nuggets had some white stuff on it. Disgusting.

Great location and customer service was please y and cordial. Probably one of the best looking whoppers that I’ve ever had at a Burger King, small details, it looked like just like the picture.

I am very disappointed with my order. I requested to add cheese to all three Whoppers and paid an extra $0.60 for each one, but when I got home, none of the burgers had cheese. On top of that, the chicken fries tasted very old and were extremely hard—I couldn’t even chew them. This experience was unacceptable, especially after paying extra for items that were not prepared correctly.

Ordered a Whopper, no cheese no pickles, when I got home there was cheese, pickles bacon and jalapenos in there.
Since I didn’t want to go back, I was removing everything out and noticed that the meat had been BITTEN.

Went back and manager said that sometimes the meat falls off when grilling it, called his BS and requested a refund.

Glad they messed up the order or I would’ve eaten it without noticing this disgusting thing.

Never going back there again. 0 stars if I could.

Literally they need to work on their drive thru customer service. Took forever just to get our two drinks and they tried to charge us TWICE. Their drive thru etiquette is horrible.

10/10 service the team there was amazing got through the lunch rush like a piece of cake, it was very impressive! The person that stood out to me the most was Stephanie Ortiz she really excelled at being a manager she was right there helping with the lunch rush and supporting her team truly amazing to see!

Manager rounded up for donation without asking I let her know why did she round up if she didn’t ask. She said the POS does it automatically yeah I don’t think so. Please check your receipts to make sure they don’t do it without asking
