Ordered a thin crust well done pie. No exaggeration, frozen cooked in your own oven is better! If I go back, I’ll never order it well done again not that it was burned. There was hardly any sauce, hardly any cheese. Also ordered a pepperoni pie which did taste better but ….changed my mind. Not going back to Chester Brother Bruno’s. God bless YOU to not cheap out on the sauce and cheese. Make the customers happy and you’ll keep them!

Used to take my teams there or Pizza and soda. I called on March 2 to reserve a table for 15 for Pizza, wings, and Salad on a Wednesday and was told by the owner they no longer serve large pies in the dining area, and that a Party Package was $349 for 2 large Pies, a half tray of salad, 5 cannoli and a few pitchers of soda. The math ain’t mathing, that is over $23 per person for less food than ordering full meals. I was estimating $400 for the food, I was planning on ordering based on the menu prices, so it is insane they will no allow large pies in the dining room anymore. Now reading the reviews the New Owner is the problem, will never go there again.

Very nice stop for lunch. Food was very good and came out quickly. The waitress was very friendly and checked back often. Only giving 4 stars because they charged for ketchup and mayo on my hoagie(.69 each) and automatically add 18% gratuity onto the bill. Not the end of the world but kinda eh.

Brother Bruno‘s in Chester used to be the best pizza around. Now I know it’s changed, but I was on my way home from work and just wanted to grab a slice. I figured how bad could it possibly be well I found out this is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I seen the look of it in the box and thought how could they even serve a pizza that looks like that it taste like frozen. I’m so disappointed that when they sold to new owners that this new owner decided to use cheap cheese, cheap pizza sauce. Maybe if they get enough bad reviews they’ll take it into consideration and bring back old school good brother Bruno’s pizza. until then I will drive to the brother Bruno‘s in Middletown where I will gladly get the best pie of my life. If I was starving to death on the side of the road I wouldn’t eat this pizza. Sorry if this is dramatic. I’m just so floored by this.

I would give them a zero if I could. I told them that we were going to the the movie with some special needs kids and would be about 20 people and they told us it would have to be the part menu and that it would be in the corner and would have to be out in an hour.
When I told I told him they were special needs he asked. How old they were.than said and I quote “it’s not like you’re spending $5000” well this is the second time we had an issue there and won’t be going back.
I have been to their Middletown and washingtonville restaurants and never have an issue..

Bill seemed to high. Asked for receipt. They give me a non itemized receipt. I ask for itemized receipt. Charged me 18% to grab slices for the 4 & 7 yr old and sit by the window. I said 18% for what?? He said to sit anywhere is 18%. No table service. Had them cancel order and return my $. Check your bill if going to this business. They’re pretty shady.

I went there to try the nachos and there were so good especially with only cheese on it. My sister got the deluxe. It was OK but the cheese on the nachos only was so good. I might go there again.
