Same pizza as when I was a kid born in 1971! Last week’s pizza was great although with covid now they made me buy a half a tray so if you just want a slice at the time I posted it nope. Also opened every day except Wednesday also other things around here take half dats on Wednesdays too.

The hype is real. This pizza is one of a kind and it’s really good. The unique crust really stands out and you get a lot of pizza for the money.

Update 12/10/24:
Went here a few weeks back and ordered a half tray of loaded pizza. I knew this place was expensive but I certainly got screwed over this time.
When approaching the counter the women behind the counter told me I was in luck and they had one half tray left from earlier in the day and said they would not be able to “turn it over” because they were closed the next few days. (This confirms my suspicions of them serving day old or longer pizza to customers).
I told the women awesome, free pizza is always welcomed. When she rang me up though the price was astronomical. I don’t remember the exact price but I do remember it being between $50 and $55. Baffled, I asked the women, “that much for a half tray of loaded??” She gave me a look and with a stern attitude assured me yes, that is the correct pricing. “It’s a loaded pizza, it’s got tons of toppings on it.”
I still couldn’t fathom paying over $50 for what essentially is the size of a large pizza. She was very persistent and unwelcoming with her tone, I decided maybe they had a huge price increase and paid the woman.
Got home and the pizza was just okay, seemed slightly undercooked, almost soggy, and the flavor was meh. Feeling rather dissatisfied, especially with what I had paid, I looked up pricing recently ($31 for a half tray of loaded, $20 for a half tray of cheese) and that’s when I realized the woman had lied to me, she essentially forced me to pay for the “free” half tray of cheese pizza.
This made me LIVID as I did not need the pizza and it wasn’t good either. I will NEVER be returning, this place is a SCAM!

A Merrimack Valley classic! Get a slice (or a tray!) with grated and lmk what you think! Maybe not for everyone, but get yours before they run out for the day and give it a go! Passed on from the Boomer Gen to their kids, I love Napoli’s pizza! An all-time favorite!

I was told this pizza is super awesome because the crust is made daily. I could tell it was definitely fresh as fresh could be. Super sweet and super delicious. My only complaint [if it is a complaint] is that the shape of the pizza is different than most … it is rectangular long. It wasn’t difficult to eat but it was definitely different

Don’t be surprised if you come late and they’re closed early. It is posted: Because they make their crust everyday then they will close early if they run out early.

R.I.P My childhood. Our beloved Napolis recipe is gone forever. When you first bring it to your mouth the sudden first taste and smell is there and the memories come flooding in! Then the nearly tasteless cheese and overpowered, vinegar?… taste from the sauce. Its a crying shame. Nice people but they ruined a legend. Sigh

Updated review: now that there are new owners the pizza is not the same at all. We no longer go here.

So glad this place is open way more now!!! Their pizza has always been amazing and I love that it isn’t like every pizza out there. Called in and ordered the original and 2 pieces of their meat pie. Everything was delicious!

I grew up on this pizza. It’s changed hands several times; different owners have tinkered with the sauce recipe, and the original cheese blend. This latest change in ownership has ruined both the sauce and the cheese. The sauce has no “bite” like it used to. Tastes like thickened tomato soup. The cheese is bland; it tastes like they took out both the Romano and the sharp parmesan. I ordered some shortly before they closed on a Sunday afternoon; it had been reheated, the crust was blackened on the edges, and it was dry and tasteless. It’s a shame such a wonderful Haverhill tradition has lost its edge.

Another favorite since I was a child and still travel for it a couple times a year. What a disappointment. This used to be the best pizza ever and we got it a couple months ago and it was not the same but saw they were going to go back to the original recipe so tried it again last week and I could not even eat a whole slice, it was awful. I brought it home to family and they didn’t like it either so I know it was not just me. What a shame, I have lost my all time favorite pizza. Price is ridiculously high and I would still pay it for the pizza I used to get from them. Quite

A Haverhill landmark and always a stop when I am back in the area. The sweet sauce, shaker cheese and thin crust are so unique and addicting. I prefer a fresh sheet vs the warmed up slices but it’s always good. Today the staff was telling me they will be celebrating 80 years next year and are currently with the 6th owner. They must be doing something right! I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Mass next month.
