Could not fault this place at all. Firstly the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the servers, to the manager, to the bar staff who recommended unreal cocktails. Then the food…. without doubt the best meal we have had in dublin city in a long long time. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be back

We came here because of the great reviews and our craving for some good meat . We didn’t have a reservation but got lucky and were seated at a cosy table upstairs. The menu is short but very well curated. We didn’t explore the wine list this time – it just wasn’t that kind of mood – but the meat dishes were absolutely fantastic. A bit pricey, yes, but we were smiling and enjoyed every moment. Thanks!

Lovely service and ambience. However, the food overall was a disappointment. The Prawn Toast was exceptional – incredibly fresh prawns with lovely flavors and perfectly toasted bread.
However, the fish of the day, Monk Fish, was not as tender/flaky as I expected, with the thinner end overcooked and tough. Its champagne sauce was very flavorful, though, as were the scallops with caviar.
The Roast Chicken Supreme was not as tasty as we expected based on the reviews; far too bland.
The Green Beans with Almonds were pretty good – the almond slivers were flavorful, but the beans themselves bland.
The Crème Brûlée dessert was yummy.
Overall, a disappointment given the food and high prices.

Visiting from North Carolina, USA and had a wonderful time. Dragan and Giuseppe made my daughter and I feel like long-time friends. The special house blend whiskey was excellent. Dragan will claim to be the creator but make sure to ask Giuseppe for the Whiskey Cask cocktail. It’s the smoothest I’ve had during my trip. If you have a larger group ask about the private dining room, the Blue Room. We got a tour of the restaurant and while the entire restaurant is designed exquisitely, this dining room was outstanding.

Our first time in Fitzers and it was a great experience. My oysters and herb crusted halibut were delicious. The service from our waiter and the other service staff was also excellent. Dragan the manager runs a good show. My three dinner companions were all impressed. I have already booked dinner again for my birthday in a months time. Well worth a visit

Everything was perfect here – the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the drinks! I never expected to find oysters bigger and fresher than anywhere in Connemara or Galway, right here in Dublin. Huge thanks for the excellent whiskey recommendation as well! The prawn tomato pasta had such a rich, bisque-like flavour – you could tell it was made with real care. The fish and chips were incredible too: the fish was tender like nowhere else, paired with mushy peas, and the fries – wow! I never imagined V-shaped fries could be so moist and tasty. Thank you, it was truly a happy experience! I can’t wait to come back again.

If you combine great background music, a beautiful interior, attentive service with some Irish food … Well then you end up Frizers. The place is charming and it might as well be in any other city than Dublin, it would easily fit into Paris or London but the Irish food anchors it in Dublin. I can tell the chef is trying to give the dishes a bit of an international flare but wish he d go a bit bolder on the flavors. I’m saying that , as each dish was nice but none stood out. I think the beef pie could use some spices beyond pepper and salt to make this fish more interesting. If I’d make this dish , I deserve it up side down so that the crickets build the base and absorb the beef stew flavor….just and idea .
Again lovely place , beautiful interior and spot on service.

Discovered this lovely place one day randomly by walking by and decided to come for dinner later that week. My partner and I both had the steak which comes with a side which can be picked and some delicious salad leaves included. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and very attentive, what you would expect from a high quality restaurant. Lighting sets a nice mood and definitely the age group would be late 20s and over. We also had the crumble for dessert.
