I ordered online and got 4 foot longs March 2 at around 8pm. not a single one was made right two were missing lettuce, one was supposed to have extra mayo there was not extra mayo and I even paid for bacon on a blt sandwich, and it came with 2 pieces of bacon if I knew ordering online meant they forgot how to make the food I wouldn’t have I even called twice, but no one answered honestly never had a subway mess up so bad on my order don’t go here they don’t know how to make your food. Never have I ever gotten such a sad sandwich from subway literally just meat and cheese

Typically I really love subway but whoever it was working today really sucked and ruined the mood. I’m simply a student going to eat after a long day of school and I was met with humiliation just for trying to eat, my friend wasn’t spared neither. The bigger guy with glasses and was either bald/buzzed didn’t even bother trying to hide his nasty attitude. I don’t want to go and spend my money only to be treated like I’m stupid. We repeatedly asked for the meal of the day but he didn’t even apply the discount. So we spent nearly 9$ for ONLY chips and a 6 inch sandwhich… not even a drink?!

I’m usually not a fan of subway, however, This was honestly the best sandwich i’ve had out of many locations. They had the best and freshest ingredients. I get the same thing every time i go to a subway and so far this location has made my sandwich PERFECTLY and so YUMMYLY!!! I came in an hour before closes and the staff had already started closing. Only two workers working, both young and no manager. I ate my food outside of the store in an outside seating area, and when i went back to throw my garbage away the store was locked. It was 8:30pm, so they closed VERY early. The staffed seemed rushed and just anticipating to get home. Other than that it was very delicious!! 8/10 will come again.

One of the best Subways around. I come here for lunch during the week for a healthy non greasy meal. The lunch staff during the week are always friendly and always make my sandwich the way I like it. The restaurant seating area is always clean and comfortable. For once, there’s a Subway that’s top notch.

Not sure what happened to the old employees that used to serve me who always had good customer service, but the new big and tall kid that served me today was very rude and unfriendly, looks like a whole new crew working here now, My Cheesy Garlic Steak came with one little line of cheese from a squeeze bottle rather than what the picture looks like and I was told that’s all that comes with it.

How hard is it to tell someone who is picking up an order that the chips are not in the bag or just remind them to pick them out before leaving? Especially when you are the ONLY customer in there!
The guy working had his back turned the whole time and only turned to face me when I entered and to show where to pickup my order.

I ordered a ham and cheese “melt”. Supposed to be a grilled (not just toasted) sandwich. Placed the order 10 min before I got there. It was cold, obviously not toasted/or grilled. (The meat was barely warmed). Supposed to have 3x cheese, there were 4 triangles, and it was soggy. I tried to bring to their attention so they could grill it for me, and was told “it was toasted” … no sir, it wasnt, it is currently in my oven. Why could you not have just retoasted it? You didnt give me what I ordered in any mail ay shape or form. Its not that hard to actually try to do things right.

Went In to order and was told that you can’t use the app to pay which is where the gift cards were. So I sat in the restaurant and placed the order in the app and then watched them serve the long line of customers that walked in after I placed the order. I waited over 25 mins for an online order inside the store until they decided to get to me. Got the subs home and 2 out of the 4 were made wrong. It’s like the just threw random ingredients on the sandwich just to get it out the door.
