Inconsistent . For instance today I ordered same sandwich as last time. Last visit my sandwich was prepared as requested and was delish. Today my sandwich was not toasted and there was no provolone on it . Therefore , even though my sandwich was good – it did fall short of my expectation.

This is my first poor experience at this location on the evening of 9/16. First my mobile order was marked as ready, but it was still being made on the counter when I arrived and they continued to make orders for other customers. It was a long wait (with a child) for everything to be ready. Then when we went to eat our sandwiches I noticed how there was barely any meat on the Ultimate BMT sandwich… I’ve never seen it that thin before. Be prepared for long waits and little protein for the price. Although the employees were pleasant, I will be avoiding this location in the future if this is how it continues to operate.

Updated Review:

After my initial experience, I received a call from the owner of the store, who was very apologetic about the issue. He went above and beyond to make things right by refunding my order and giving me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. I appreciate the effort to correct the situation and the professionalism shown.

However, here’s what happened with my order:

I had ordered a #4 Supreme Meats 12” Sub with Flatbread, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Olives, Banana Peppers, More Baja Chipotle, Less Roasted Garlic Aioli, Black Pepper, Salt, SubKrunch™, and Parmesan Cheese. When I got home, I found the sandwich was incorrect—it had provolone instead of pepper jack, jalapenos instead of banana peppers, and was missing capicola, Baja chipotle, and SubKrunch™.

When I returned to the store, I was told that they do not carry capicola and could not make the sandwich as ordered. I asked why this wasn’t communicated when I picked up the order initially, as it would have saved me the trip and the frustration. The staff didn’t have an answer, which left me feeling frustrated about the experience. It’s odd that the system allowed the order to go through if the item wasn’t available at that location.

While the initial experience was disappointing, I’m grateful that the owner reached out, addressed my concerns, and made things right. I hope the communication around unavailable ingredients improves in the future.

All of the workers there are so rude, not friendly at all. I have been there several times and each time they’ve been not friendly and act as if you are bothering them in there ordering your food. This will be my last visit to this Subway. I’d rather drive the extra mile to a different store

We come here often and 70% of the time the ordee is wrong. We stopped going to this location for awhile but decided to try again since its so close to our house. My husband went in and ordered and asked for just the meat and cheese to be heated up (I love my cheese melted on the meat)! The gentleman making the sandwich was doing what my husband asked only to be yelled at by an older woman working there saying he can’t do that. I have no issues at any other subway heating the meat and cheese only but she wouldn’t allow it. Won’t be back to this location! We’ll take our business to a subway that’s a little friendlier and will customize a sandwich to the customers liking!

I would not recommend going here. The park attracts angry drunks. I saw a crazy Karen yelling at the workers and customers about her 10 sandwiches . There are plenty of other subways in the area

Don’t let any of the negative reviews fool you!!! The workers are super friendly, they’re just a little shy AND SOME ARE STILL WORKING ON THEIR ENGLISH. Please be more patient with them than the Karens leaving bad reviews!

Almost every bad review comes down to people not being patient with the language barrier. The others are outdated food safety concerns.

I’ve worked in the food industry and got my food handler’s permit. Take it from me: The food safety concerns people mentioned seem to have been addressed, as the employees are now doing an excellent job.
