The ladies in the store were polite. They did not have bad customer service but it wasn’t over the top either. The food was terrible. Roasted chicken was rubbery and no seasoning, mash potatoes were old as well as the gravy. Cole slaw was decent but lady said she made it the day before. The sign in front of it said made fresh. Plus the put it with hot food so it was warm trying to eat it. The rolls were under cooked and my baby entire kids meal was old! Worst food I have ever tasted. $17.58 wasted. I can’t believe this is served! Literally the ice cream was the only good thing and it was soft and runny! Poor management.

This was my first time ever eating at any Golden Chick. The food was very good and the ladies who served me greeted me and were very friendly. I got 2 PC bone in chicken, fried okra, mashed potatoes, and a roll and it was served hot. Cant wait to try the tenders next time.❤️

Not a fan. Against my better judgment we went in the first week they opened and it was super busy. The staff were obviously green and it showed. I ordered fried okra but didn’t get it, got fries. I also ordered grilled chicken and the girl at the register didn’t hear me? I guess, cause I got fried. The rolls have potential, but that day were undercooked and gummy in the middle. All three of our meals had the same undercooked rolls. The chicken was, also undercooked? I honestly don’t know what the deal was, it was done but chewy and rubbery.
We don’t plan on returning as we’ve heard the one in Purvis is the same and they’ve been open for a while.

This was my first time going and not to knock anyone’s business but we all know I love food and this place I will not be going back to. There were small portions for higher amounts and the chicken breast sandwich was terrible not even enough breast to cover the bottom of a small bun. I do feel like everyone should still try it and make their own opinion but not a place I would recommend this place for fried chicken. These pictures were taken today. The legs I did not even add. 9 wings were $13 and sandwich $6.

Went in for a mixed family meal with two sides and 4 rolls. Price on menu board is $33.99. Guy working, by himself at 4:30pm on a Saturday, can’t find it on their computer. On top of that, he has cars in the drive thru waiting and placing their orders at same time. His pants are down to his thighs and he’s a mess. After almost 30 minutes to place this order, finally got food. Got it home and mashed potatoes are brown and tastes weird, green beans tasteless. Wanted cole slaw, none to be had. Sorry, but I will not be going back. I would rather drive a bit to KFC or go to Golden Corral.

Picked up an 8 piece family box today. The pieces of chicken were very small, much like a Bantam chicken. The drum sticks looked like drumettes. Instead of feeding 4 people, it would serve 2. The family box for 4 cost $23.99. I could have bought 4 whole Rotisserie chickens at Sam’s for the same price. I learned my lesson. The little chicken I ate tasted good.

New spot to try….so we tried It’s giving late night value & worth vibes. Real basic & great lemonade & yeast rolls delicious !!! Like, the chicken strips was giving church’s chicken…..they share vendors** The fries were giving basic but at least not Ore Ida No shade tho. Chicken salad suppose to be w/ relish & all that good stuff my grandmother puts in hers….it wasn’t like my gma’s!!!! Then I asked for the $8 kids tender meal bc I thought it was at least a cookie to make my child feel better since I made him eat it cause I ain’t buying nothing else….I was wrong.
